Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

I'd like to begin this review by saying my wife and I enjoy the cakes and used to enjoy the staff, up until these last couple of months. More recent, October 11, 2025. My wife went into the wichita falls location to redeem her birthday coupon that she received in an email. She placed her order and waited patiently. She informed the staff that they could just grab the bundtlet out of the freezer and bag it up because it would thaw on the way home. This would make it easier and quicker for the staff. She waited and waited. Other customers came and ordered and received their order before my wife even got her frozen bundlet. She finally had to speak up to a young staff member to see what was the hold up. She noticed that other members were in the back conversating amongst themselves. She brought this issue up to what seemed to be a veteran employee and asked them to speak to a manager. She was given a couple of expired(2021 coupons) free bundlet coupons and said "I hope this makes up for it." If this is what the cost is to excuse their terrible customer service, i dont want it. We are extremely disappointed in how this location has gotten over the last couple of months. We regularly purchase bundts, especially when you have the monthly special flavors. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your store on October 4, 2025. I visited the store specifically to purchase the Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake, but was told by an employee that the item was unavailable and that I should “come back tomorrow.”

However, immediately after leaving the store, I placed an order for the same item online—and to my surprise, it was confirmed and ready for pickup within minutes. This inconsistency was both confusing and frustrating. It gives the impression of poor communication between in-store and online operations or possibly a lack of customer service transparency. Your staff clearly lied.

As a loyal customer who enjoys your products, I found this experience disappointing. I kindly ask that you review this issue to ensure staff provide accurate information to customers in the future. I would also appreciate a response clarifying what may have happened in this situation.
