Let me start off by saying the elderly lady up front was friendly and helpful. However the manager told her we could only order carry out when they still had over a hour till they closed the dining room. She also talked down on the elderly lady that took our order. Watched a complaint come in because they missed some things on her order. And she told her she would have to wait that she didn't have time for her as she went to the back and got on her phone. It takes a lot to make me mad when it comes to food places. The treatment of customers and the elderly employee, not to mention the lieing to a customer's is completely unacceptable. So we had to use the drive thru because they closed their lobby early. There are six of us and the lady taking our order was very patient and sweet. My ten year old ordered the chicken strips and a bun on the side to make chicken sandwiches. When we got to the window the lady told us we were unable to buy a bun. She said they didn't have a button for it. If we wanted a bun we would need to purchase a $3 sandwich. She said she couldn't give us a bun because of inventory. I was baffled. Food not bad but drive thru is kind of claustrophobic. Barely enough room. Once you are in you're trapped and at the mercy of the cars in front and behind you. Long wait times in a confined, cramped space. If there was some kind of emergency fire etc you'd never get your vehicle out of there. A wooden fence on the right with only a few feet of clearance maybe 3ft and the building on your left with about a foot of clearance.
