We used Tom Lotus Garden for our Wedding event feeding around 300 guest. This was my special day and this company has multiple issues starting with the food. They double booked weddings the same night so they had to meal prep even earlier than before. Therefore our meal was not hot and ready to eat. It was almost semi-cold you can say. Secondly, this organization as we were finishing up our wedding they decided to dump cooking oil from the rental location (Botanic Gardens). Therefore the Botanica Gardens kept our $250 retainer fee due to the security guard that night visually seeing that this has occurred.
A few months later we asked the owner to give us the $250 that they cost us since this was not our fault and more on Tom Lotus Garden. The owner said "no" and we told them we would take them to small claims court if they won't pay us our retainer. A years later, I took them to small claims court, paid the travel fee to have a witness on the stand, and go to the location where we were about to enter court or settle. Tom Lotus Garden owner settled and told us that we should have handled everything out of court.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, it is a dirty company with no Environmental understanding or care for their customers. To me the money was not the major issue, it was the method the restaurant took to not make things right with me therefore more headaches going through the...

Read moreHave been going to Tom's Lotus Garden for four years and counting now. On my last visit this month, I am surprised at how empty and quiet the restaurant was. It was dinner time and the only tables occupied are just us and another two. Shocked by the revelation, I was wondering if this is because of a simple issue of Yelp and Apple Map showing the restaurant was permanently closed. Or I was thinking the food quality have been going downhill. However, the foods were fantastic and I had fabulous evening. I ordered thirteen dimsum plates and steamed fish. The foods came out exactly how I expected them and in appropriate amount of time. I hope to see the Tom's Lotus Garden that I visited first four years ago. It has been— and is a fantastic restaurant. If anyone is looking for a great Chinese restaurant, you will not be disappointed at Tom's...
