Definitely do not recommend this location if I could give it zero stars I would. Totally unprofessional behavior of the staff of this location. For starters only one employee working around 2pm supposedly has been only one here for 2 hours.
I placed my order online as I was walking into the store and had to wait like 6 minutes roughly, at about 5 minutes another guest walked into the store. The associate asked whom had the pickup I advised I did. They served the walk in whom did not have a online order.
Was quoted a 19 min pickup time, and ended up taking half a hour+ to get my order. After the guest walked out that got served ahead of me I made it clear that this was definitely a unprofessional handling and experience. I was given a free 6inch sub coupon and 2 bags of chips (one for me and one for my fiancee) I appreciate the gesture and token but it does not make up for the experience.

Read moreI'll preface this by saying I have never had a bad Subway dining experience before this Subway. That being said, don't use the drive through here. They completely take advantage of the fact that you're not coming in and probably don't have the time to come back to fix the order. Today my husband ordered a spicy Italian and all he got was bread meat and pepper. He specifically ordered provolone cheese on it. Generally it comes with at least lettuce as pictured on the website. When we came back to fix the order neither employees apologized, as a matter of fact they insisted that that's how the sandwich comes even though they left off the cheese and lettuce. It really wasn't the sandwich y'all, it was having to watch my husband who had a really hard day have to argue semantics over cheese on a sandwich. Read moreI am not very pleased with this Subway at all, they were out of the meats we wanted on our sandwich which they let us substitute for something else but that's not the problem, we had to wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru for our food and there was no other cars in front of us or anybody eating inside. Our sandwiches were not toasted as we requested, I did not get the key ingredients on my sub I asked for like salt pepper oil and Chipotle and got none of it! I used to work at Subway and had the touch screen drive thru so I know it comes out on a receipt and says exactly what you ordered so it shouldn't be hard to make right.
