Royal Lodge — Hotel in Wichita

The woman working the front desk is a straight up liar and incredibly unhelpful, if you're trying to deliver food to this hotel. I had a Walmart delivery there, and I asked her if they had a certain room number, not knowing there was a backside. She said she did have that room number, and she asked me if I was staying there. I said no, I have a delivery, while holding 2 Walmart bags. She then says they don't have that room number. I spend the next 10 minutes looking around and trying to get in touch with the customer. Bad house keeping they don't clean rooms nor sheets or anything unless your leaving. I asked for new sheets and pillow cases because there was blood stains and they said they are not going to change it. My son spilled baby formula all on the floor they didn't want to give me a vacuum after we asked about 4times then 2 days later finally got the vacuum. And the stoves are there for looks but all busted up and broken glass and the microwaves in every other room was out. And i had no way to heat up food for me and my son. The only reason this place gets a 2 star from me is because it was late at night, I just needed a spot to stay at for the night and she let me have a front room upon request. Other than that there were fake finger nails on the floor. The towels were dirty. Bed was so gross I put my car blanket on top to sleep on with my own pillow. Bathrooms in bad shape.
