Tacos Uruapan Restaurant — Restaurant in Wichita

My first time visiting was horrible. The person taking the order told me to drive forward because she couldn’t hear me. The ladies in that area just looked at me. After 5-6 minutes I blew my horn and one of the ladies came to the window and threw a bag to me…. I had no clue what was in the bag, Again, she couldn’t hear me. The lady was abrasive she spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish. Finally, the lady who was taking the orders came. Confused, I asked her why the lady was upset and what was in the bag. She said it was the item I ordered, I asked what was that because I was the person you said you couldn’t hear. She offered no apology, she said they were busy. Well I have determined I will not come back again no matter how the food tastes, THE SERVICE...

First visit 08/14/25 ☆☆☆ It's was ok. Got three birria tacos, a birria quesadilla and a birria chimichanga...beef was very tender, but very bland. Not much flavor. The quesadilla was ok, not much filling, and the chimichanga was ok, they didn't like the rice filler, I wasn't much of a fan of that either. The salsas were spicy. We were highly disappointed that the birria didn't come with the consume sauce. I didn't realize it had to be ordered at an extra charge. I thought it came with it. I mean is it really birria without that?! It was already expensive $50, for those items. Granted this order was shared with three people. Went there today and honestly went with such high hopes. I went with my girlfriend and we ordered are food and went home when we got home we checked out plates we had ordered tacos uruapan, or ww thought and we got tacos dorados instead. We were totally fine with it but we went back just to ask if those were the correct tacos and when we got there we were met with really toxic and rude attitude. We didnt want a refund we just wanted to ask if it was what we had ordered. The worker got really offensive and said that i was wrong and that i had said dorados instead of uruapan.
