Wickenburg's recent addition of a full-fledged Starbucks had me quite excited. The interior space is nice and aesthetically pleasing. However, the choice of placing the patio at the front, amidst the cacophony of traffic, was a letdown. A serene backdrop of the Hassayampa River Preserve would have been a more fitting choice.
Service-wise, there's room for improvement. My recent visit was marred by delays in placing a simple order. The inability to customize my coffee with cream, due to their policy of not leaving enough space in the cup, was frustrating. My oatmeal arrived plain, devoid of the usual accompaniments of fruits or nuts, necessitating multiple trips to the counter. The absence of self-service sugar and the need to request it felt unnecessary. While I understand certain policies might be in place due to health concerns, it's essential to ensure they don't hamper the customer experience.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Wickenburg deserved this Starbucks, and I genuinely hope they iron out these initial hiccups for a better coffee experience in...
Read moreComing to this location will be the last time that I ever will do. Due to one of the many employees there have an issue with my drink being remade “every” time and it’s upsetting how they acted towards me in front of my girlfriend. I didn’t appreciate it and when I came into the store to clarify and talked to it wasn’t meant for the employee (Diana) to be talking about the incident that happened earlier to another customer who wasn’t involved in the incident and when I was talking to the other manager all I wanted to clarify that I didn’t like how (Diana) towards but instead she throws me out because she spoke about the incident to another customer which they were butting in and telling me to “leave and you’re bothering me” and saying to the employees to “have him trespassed”. From an autozone manager to a Starbucks manger don’t talk about a customer who is in the store. And simply asking for an understanding and solution of an incident that occurred. Mistakes happen but it doesn’t mean to treat a customer snappy when they ask for their drink to be made they...
Read moreUnfortunately I think I went at the wrong time because I went through the drive-thru and got a real snarky staff member. I ordered an "iced coffee" Grande. Waited for 10 min in the drive-thru at 3:45pm on Thurs. Not a peak time. Got up there and paid for it. Took a big gulp of it and it had a ton of sugar in it. Drove back and went inside. Asked the same person who took my order for an "iced coffee" without the sugar added. She took the drink and said the "iced coffee" comes with sugar added to it automatically and next time ask for a "classic Iced Coffee". Since when do they add sugar or cream to a plain drink if you don't ask for it? Also I asked for a straw, and she gave me a dirty look and pointed to the end of the counter and rolled her eyes. Couldn't be bothered to get the straw for me, even though there was no one in line. No thanks. Never again. IT wasn't even about the sugar added, it was the attitude with a side of B*#CH-y that deserved...
