Let me start off by saying I ordered food for dinner $60 worth and had it for delivery and they quoted a 45 minute wait. We gave our address and the wait seemed to be extending and so we called to check to see how much longer and the guy on the phone said you should be seeing them any second they are on their way well that was the biggest lie ever. It was another hour later only until I called back to say where in the name of lord is my food only for the rude woman on the opposite end of the phone to tell me calm down seriously she was extremely unprofessional and super rude. I said you can keep your food cancel my order and refund my credit card. And with that the lady on the other end of the phone who was sarcastic said well we called you 3 times and I responded no you didn’t I’m sitting right next to my phone. I GIVE DRAGON HOUSE ALOT OF MY BUSINESS ALL SUMMER LONG!!!! Well ever since this I might never use your establishment ever again!!!! Read moreWe have lived in area 45++ years, Family tradition to get Chinese for New Years (Wife' started the tradition in 1975), we always went to best restaurant or many times ordered out from what we believed was the best restaurant in the area)
We Ordered Sesame Chicken, white rice & sweet and sour chicken with Pork fried Rice. Got Sesame Chicken ( Too Much Salt to Extreeme) Got Pork Fried instead of white rice (tasted more like Bacon grease was used but edible (Daughter comments) Sweet and sour Chicken (Very chewy) No Sweet and sour sauce, Chicken not cooked right. (Not good) I thought Rice was edible, not any way as good as normal.
I'll have to cook the chicken more and hope I don't get sick eating the two undercooked chicken meats...
Normally give them a 4-5 but they barely did a two stars... It was so bad we will do another Chinese restaurant tomorrow... How to Improve: please do quality Control until you have consistent good adherence to your past...
Read moreWon't be going back because now I have a bad memory for life. My boyfriend ordered the Lemon glazed chicken, it had that really thick glaze on it you usually see but unfortunately he said it tasted like eating a candle. My combination lo mein was tasty and both meals were definitely meant for more than one person. The problem came when we tried to pay our bill, I'm cheap and have accepted it so we left a 10% ($3) tip cause they weren't that friendly and the bf didn't like his chicken. The guy who took our bill looked over it for a long time at the table then asked if there was something wrong, didn't we like our food, why only 10%?? My bf asked if there was a minimum, I said it's a tip technical there's no minimum. The guy walked away, went to the front desk and obviously started talking about us. I really do wish servers got paid more so tipping could be more a bonus...
