Definitely does not deserve even one star for what we went through. We have a place here since 2009 so we aren't just vacation people. We waited 45 mins to order our food. When she came over she wasn't apologetic and just said im sure you heard the specials from the table next to you. My husband finally ordered a soda through her...good thing I drank water and it came from the young girl helping clean dishes etc. If it weren't for her we would have never gotten a refil or had somethingto drink....half hour later we get our salads ...then another half hour our appetizer ...it was good but cold ...again she never came to ask if we needed anything or if everything was OK...we just ate it we were hungry...not sure how long it took for our meal to come out ..we sat so long......but mine was cold when it got to me finally...and not how I ordered it my cheese wasn't even melted ...and i pulled off what i dont eat......my husband's was supposed to have mashed potatoes never came with it just a piece of steak on a plate ...he just ate it too because we never heard from her and who knew how long that would take to warm up.....we still sat there waiting for her so we had to get up to ask for our check when we were done.....they sent her over and my husband says you know I never got my mashed potatoes ..she says oh I forgot them runs to the kitchen brings back a scoop of potatoes that looked like ice cream and very well could have been they were ice cold .. .we were done why even bring them and again not one apology and our table was cleaned off by the young girl ...whom was great...so how could he eat them if he wanted too. No utensils....so 3 hours later and being ignored we got our check and were charged 3.00 .each for the entertainment .....we were there way before the music ..( yes only 6 bucks) but at this point its ridiculous....so a 165.00 check with cold food, 3 hours of craziness, was insane. Definitely not going there again.....never had service this bad...

Was here Saturday, 7/9/16. The first thing you notice is overwhelmingly loud music being sung on a karaoke machine by a man who couldn't carry a tune with a pitchfork. He had a trump-esque toupee and appeared to be trying to pull off the rat pack look (however poorly). It's a bit confusing, it's half dance club, half restaurant, and it does neither well. We waited almost 20 minutes before the bread came out and 45 minutes for our drinks. I asked the waitress what beers they had on tap, the response was "uhhhh, Miller light, coors light, some kind of IPA and something else, I don't know." I ask her to find out for sure what was on tap. She comes back and tells me, I order my beer. She comes back (3rd time) to inform me all of the taps are broken. I ask what bottled beer they have. The response was "I don't know, let me get the bottle list." I finally ordered a beer after 4 trips to the table. Half the table received salads, 1 appetizer came out, 5 minutes later the other half of the table received their salads, followed by another appetizer a few minutes later, followed by yet another appetizer 10 minutes after that. Mind you, this is with nonstop, poorly sung classics raping your auditory senses the whole time. Between the appetizers and the entrees, the waitress was MIA, we had to go to the bar on numerous occasions for drink refills and condiments. The entrees arrived 2 hours after we first walked in the door. The food was pretty good. Not the greatest ever, but pretty good all the same. After the entree we waited another hour and a half for a cake that we never received before finally deciding to call it a night and go someplace where we could attempt to have a conversation without having to shout over Francis...

I purchased a gift card as a Christmas gift for my parents back in November. They took my money and I was told I would receive the gift cards in the mail. It is now 12/26/24 and I have not received anything. Christmas has come and gone and I had no present for my parents because of this situation. As if this is not bad enough- I was trying to be proactive about the situation and had reached out to the establishments MULTIPLE times via phone call and email. I have yet to get any sort of response aside from talking to a waitress who obviously could not help me because this is beyond her control. To say I am highly disappointed would be an understatement. The gift card I purchased was worth $100 plus a shipping fee- this was not an inexpensive gift and it is something I never even received. The lack of customer service here outweighs how good their food may be. This establishment is blatantly scamming people out of money for goods that are never received. I would NEVER recommend patronizing this establishment. My family used to frequent this place often but since this situation happening we will obviously not be returning. They have lost out on customers who have been coming here for years all because they can not make right on their promises. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and I hope to save someone else the...

We arrived for the early bird specials. Reasonably priced with good portion size. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive. The ambience of the restaurant is pure Italian...from the music to the photos on the wall. As far as the food goes, the bread with oil was tasty and a nice appetizer. We had a party of eight and EVERYONE loved their meal. Personally, I had flounder it was the tastiest I ever experienced. We got to talk to the owner, Joey M. and he was gracious enough to take a photo with my daughter. She loves his Facebook page. Ample parking across the street from the restaurant and there is street parking as well. This was our second visit and we are looking forward our next one already.

I love the staff here, the customers the atmosphere the place is like a family run business where everyone is friends. It's an older crowd love music and good drinks, the food however is just average at best, the marinara sauce was way to watery and my meal was was just ok. From what they say the pasta is homemade and it was good but again the sauce needs to thicken up.

An absolute must if you want a genuine Italian meal served in the romantic setting of a singing host, friendly servers and a dance floor exhibiting mature couples doing two step dancing. You must have the calamari as an appetizer, served in olive oil, mild peppers, capers and spices is an absolute gem.
