We have rented Golf carts from Orange Moose 3 times. They are the kindest most accommodating people around for golf cart rentals. They also deliver! We recently tried one in Avalon NJ. We were treated with the utmost disrespect because I didn't confirm my text immediately (6 hours even though I had a large deposit down) and she had to call me. After giving me a very nasty tutorial on answering texts we still decided to try them. My husband and I (retirement age) arrived promptly after driving 8 hours to a evil looking woman with her hand on her hips. She glared at me never greeting us. She started... continuing the lecture about the text the conversation she had to have with me and insulting us. No hi! welcome! Just a very cruel evil acting woman with a very bad attitude. My husband said we are not renting from them. Her husband sat with his head down and her young daughter witnessed her mother in evil mode. DONT GO TO AVALON TO RENT A GOLF CART. Horrible customer service. Rude. Bad quality stuff. how is it a false review? I came in this week and asked questions and I got an attitude. Ontop of when I got there you were already in a screaming conversation with another customer. Learn some people skills buddy. I think you mean the false reviews are below me. How is it Pete C is selling these carts on Facebook as your business and John R is the owner listed on Instagram but both of those people left reviews as if they purchased from you?
