Burger King — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre Township

I really dont know why we bother to go to this burger king bc this is not the first or even the 2nd time we have had issues with this location, but unfortunately it's on my way home and when the kids are hungry and I'm strapped for time I forget about our past experiences and bam here we are! So the other day we stop and go through the drive through, order, I tell the kids to leave the food in the bags until we get home so they dont destroy the car. We get home and not one part of our order is correct! I ordered a whopper meal without onion and with fries BECAUSE I HAVE A SEVERE ALLERGY TO ONIONS! and I made my allergy known when I ordered I open my burger and woildnt you know, onions on my whopper! I start eating my fries and onions rings are mixed in my fries!!! My oldest son is lactose intolerant so he ordered 2 bacon burgers, NO CHEESE, WE SPECIFIED NO CHEESE, JUST BURGER AND BACON, get home and they are covered in cheese, my youngest ordered nuggets and a small fry, we got 2 fries, no nuggets! Needless to say after all that I wound up cooking dinner anyway and wasting almost $20! Oh and contacting them is pointless, last time we had a similar issue and I contacted them the store manager asked me why I didnt bring the food back, I told him we were already home and that's extremely inconvenient to have to drive 15 minutes back out bc of their mistake so he told me there was nothing he could do without seeing the food! WILL NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AGAIN, IN FACT I NEED TO CONVINCE THE KIDS TO SWITCH TO MCDONALD'S OR WENDYS...

I went here yesterday and i ordered 2 things (one for there, one for later), the bacon swiss chicken sandwich (number 9) and the spicy chicken sandwich (number 8). Apparently, me ordering the spicy chicken sandwich, somehow confused the employee and meant that i got an item that WASN'T ON THE MENU. That item, which wasn't on the menu, i dub thee "The Spicy Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich". Yup I accidentally got an item that NEVER existed. Because as far as i know, you can only get the standard bacon swiss sandwich. There's not a spicy one available. And yet, i somehow said item that doesn't exist. Going onto the taste on the non available item, the spice on what i call the "Spicy Bacon Swiss" was somehow more potent and strong than on the regular spicy one. Which as a person who likes spice, i wasnt expecting. Was pleasantly surprised by texture, taste, and feel of it. Below you'll see i few things i call upsides and downsides. Upsides: Accidentally got a nonexistent item from menu, which said item was tasty Made me feel like i got the Mona Lisa of food Spice was stronger and more potent Was damn good The nonexistent "Spicy Bacon Swiss" should be on the menu It was tastier. Downsides: An employee made a mistake, and unfortunately it'll only ever happen once :( Since this wasn't on the menu and was an employee accident i cant say "go and try it" because it literally DOES NOT exist...

Yes I was at Burger King once again and once again they need to check your hearing aids I would gladly buy them hearing aid batteries because nobody knows how to make a burger anymore you tell them one thing they do another it's a consistent thing. Also I thought it was against the law or maybe it should be some kind of law of health code or something when you see a worker back there chewing on something and he's making a shake or ice cream or something for somebody and drop something on the floor from the machine and guess what I found him picking it up off the floor and putting it back on the machine without making sure it was cleaned what a disgrace I highly suggest not going to this restaurant again until after the health inspector comes through I think that he would find or she would find it's very interesting. Another thing is it so hard to make sure that food is fresh when it gets to you I mean come on how long does it take to really make a fresh chicken sandwich and have it be hot when you eat it or even fries I can't even get fresh fries anymore and it's not only a dislocation it seems to be at every location I've been at. It doesn't matter whether it's Burger King or their competitor. Just Sell...
