Bought two gliders and had to order a matching end table. After four weeks, came to find the one I specifically showed the sales person I wanted is different than the one they ordered. To get the correct one would be an additional $94 and another four weeks. Not proper customer service. Have to waste my time and effort a third time loading and unloading the gliders back as I will not do business with a company like this. They can keep their furniture and I’ll keep my money. Edit in response to the owner’s comments: You don’t seem to have the correct information, and you would know that if you returned my phone call. I was not shown the matching table; I showed the salesman Rudy the table I wanted. At the time of ordering I was not given any information about different manufacturers making different “matching” tables. I was under the impression, as your store is known for “customizable, exactly the way you want it,” that I was getting a circular table in the specified colors. I did sign off on the table being ordered as, I will state again, I was under the impression the table I showed Rudy was the table I was going to receive. Upon pickup I did not change my mind. The table your employee ordered was the wrong table and was admitted to by Rudy himself. As for demanding a free table, that is simply wrong. All I wanted was The Factory to honor our agreement that I get the table I wanted for the price I already paid. It was unacceptable for me to pay any more for your mistake. How could I possibly know that YOU ordered me the wrong table from the vague statements on the receipt. If I showed you a round table, don’t you think it would be your responsibility to order me a round table? You were willing to take back my gliders and for that you must be a saint. I paid for three items and received two. As far as I am concerned, your part of the contract was unfulfilled and I am entitled to return all the items. You may be able to bully other consumers, but I am not one of them. Your salesman Rudy was rude and apparently is also a liar. I will never use your store and will do everything in my power to dissuade others from shopping at your stores. I hope others can learn from my mistake of trusting this store. Avoid them if you value your time and money.

We patronized The Factory because they advertise during one of our favorite TV programs when we visit the Poconos, Home and Backyard. We were looking for seating for a recently completed paver patio. We worked with Rudy and provided him with photos of the patio. He helped us select the right mix of seating and tables in a color pattern that complemented the pavers. Rudi even recommended tables that made best use of the circular patio and again nailed it with his recommendation. We couldn't have been happier with the finished project. Rudi kept us informed about delivery times and all products were delivered to the store ahead of schedule. Rudi knows his product lines and how to treat customers. If you need patio furniture, support this small, local business and ask for Rudi. You will enjoy a great shopping experience and I hope you leave as happy as we were.

First, I would like to say that the furniture is built to last a lifetime. My husband and I bought our dinning room set (table, chairs, and cabinet) and bedroom set and are thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship. We also put in a last minute Christmas request for a rocking horse for our son. Rudy and his team were very professional and did a wonderful job were able to pull off getting the present with a week to spare. The rocking horse is amazing and will hopefully be passed down for many generations to come. Would highly recommend buying your furniture from here. You will not be disappointed.

My mom has been on the hunt for the perfect kitchen table for what felt like an eternity, with no luck in sight, until we stumbled upon the Lamp Factory. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. John, who assisted us, felt less like a salesperson and more like an old friend, guiding us through the customization process with patience and genuine care.

We were amazed by the level of customization offered – from the table's shape and size to the chairs and finishes, everything could be tailored to our preferences. John made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable, answering all of our questions without any hint of pressure. In fact, our conversation quickly veered into discussing pets and kids.

What truly set this experience apart was the attention to detail and the personal touches. Not only did John ensure we got the best deal possible by informing us of a new sale that we qualified for, but he also made sure our furry companions felt welcome. We had our dogs with us and they insisted we bring them inside. Seeing our small dogs being fussed over by both John and Rudi was heartwarming and made us feel like valued customers.

This isn't our first encounter with the Lamp Factory; we had previously purchased ceiling fans from them many years ago and had an equally fantastic experience. Their commitment to exceptional service and personable interactions makes them a go-to for any lighting and furniture needs. The Amish made Hutch I purchased and cherry wooden filing cabinet were nicely made and met all expectations.. however the upholstered couch and sofa did not meet any of my expectations ! The love seat which has semi attached back pillows pulled away at the inside seams on the back cushions! I submitted pics and documentation through my 5 yr gold plan which was a joke… first no reply for several weeks .. then they said it was a manufacturing defect as there were no rips or tears in the fabric .. just a pulling away from the inside seams and now I have extensive fraying!! The fabric on the couch also has pilling another item not covered under their gold plan.. so choose carefully! The staff was always friendly and supportive… but be wary of the premium fabric and their so called 5 yr gold plan .. not worth the money! I also purchased a floor model red leather recliner… which performs well.. and has maintained its performance and look… sadly it is in the same room several feet away from the other 2 ...
