Staff is absolutely fantastic and very helpful and informative if u can understand there cultures English can be easily understood since I've worked with Indians for many years and I am a very good person to understand what and how much they work hard so I have bad O.C.D. and have to keep a very wel kept room for that. I'm so happy that In tutor situation or a problem with anything. The hotel staff at the lobby is very understanding, especially Titi, Richi, and Si! Very good cleaning crew on 2nd floor also and I love the court yard as well. They maintain a very beautiful display of roses and Poany flowers and its well lit at night on the breezeway's and there is a washer and dryer coin ran $3.⁰⁰ Wash & $3.⁰⁰ Dry, and Ice machine room. They also have Complimentary breakfast from 5:45 A.M.- 8:45 A.M. ♡ It's delicious And truthfully, they could use enough grade when it comes 2 just eating eggs or sausage or eggs or bacon. Every single day they could use a little bit better. Fruit selection then just apple's daily and have a better variety of juice in my opinion. There really is no way to get Any kind of dairy products in your system, including yogurt, or milk I think that those include Having a variety of wheat bread for people who don't eat white and have specific diets or getting english muffins for toasting with jelly also So that way , it's an elderly efficient breakfast as Well. Plus different flavored bran wheat or blueberries of any fruit muffins would be also a must necessity for the people who don't eat eggs, or sausage Patty's. I did spend a lot of time in hotels to know good food and I have had worse but It's really good food here just a tad A- in the selection variety of things for diabetics but very good food ultimately. Coffee can use a lot of improvements but, I must say it is the first hotel.I didn't ever see coffee complimentary in the lobby in my life. Every Hotel I ever stayed at serves Daily 24/7 in the lobby Complimentary coffee, and has a free filtered juice beverage or a big container of lemon water with real lemon 🍋 slices in it also. But you would have a good experience here because they are a great staff and they do have good food and that beautiful rooms. Although I bring my own blankets no matter where I go. Just take a look at the pictures of our stay It says it all. They do have beautiful enough rooms.

Upon arrival (checked in around 4:30 PM) for a 1-night stay, I was initially checked into an already-occupied room. The occupants of the room, who had their door wide open and were getting maid service to the room at the time as well, asked me if I was with the County (looking back now I think they were concerned I was with the local government and there to inspect the room and/or kick them out...may have been squatters). Went back to the front desk and the person there (same person who checked me in less than 5 minutes before) said "Sorry" then "I hate when they do things and don't tell me," whatever that meant. As I walked to my new room, one of the people who was in that occupied room was walking the courtyard and asked me what room I got this time. Weird... Got to the room and the room had obviously been a smoking room at one point though it was not now as the room reeked of it. People were standing out on the walkway outside their room (all rooms are accessible only from outside) having a loud conversation and kids were running around loudly. In the room the curtains were unable to be closed fully at the top and falling off the rod at the top, the lampshades were tattered-looking and there was a spot on the wall where some capped-off electrical wires were where the smoke detector had been at one point. There were ppl still having a loud conversation in front of another room down the walkway from mine when I returned to the room about 11:30 PM, and several of the things I had observed in my short time there made me feel unsafe there, so when I went to bed, I put the rolling desk chair in front of the door along with using the chain and knob-style lock so if someone tried to get in I'd hear the noise from the chair being moved. Woke up at 6 AM, packed up and checked out by 6:30 AM, happy to be leaving. I don't care how 'cheap' the room was, I would NEVER stay here again...the rooms all have floor to ceiling windows next to the doors, so if you have your curtains open for any reason, everyone who walks by can see EVERYTHING going on in your room (and some rooms I walked past had people in them just like that, exposing everything going on in the room)...little to no privacy

This doesn’t even deserve one star as they shouldn’t even be open. It seriously needs to be demolished. What an AWFUL experience. We checked in around 4:30ish Thursday the 19th, opened the door of the room and you were instantly hit with the smell of smoke. Walked around the room and it was so dirty(as you can see in pictures). Checked out the bathroom and the ceilings had black mold all over it. We were hungry so we went to get food and come back and see what we could do after. Went to the front desk to see if we could get a refund and they said that it was non refundable and that I would have to reach booking which is who I booked the hotel through. I presented them with all the problems and why we didn’t want to stay and they said they couldn’t do anything. They offered me a new room so I was like okay we’ll see if it’s any better and of course it was not. Just the same as the one we were in. I called customer service at booking and they tried to reach the hotel and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. They told me to give me them 30 mins to find a resolution. 30 mins went by and nothing so I called back(it’s about 7:30 at this point and we are sitting outside because of how bad this place was) booking called the hotel again and went back and fourth with the manager, they were not budging about refunding me. We finally gave up for the night and found a new hotel. Still not done fighting. But I wanted to warn anyone who might be visiting this area, ever need to visit this area. Etc. don’t bother wasting your money on this place as they take it and don’t clearly care. My camera couldn’t pick up all the stains on the bed . Just pure filth. Oh AND to make this even better they blocked my mom and I from their fb page!! 😂

I called in March to reserve a room for April. Was told availability was there so I paid over the phone with my credit card. I got my statement showing it was already billed which thought was a little strange since I didn't stay yet. I get to the hotel Saturday night late after a long travel and was told there was no reservation for me. I said you charged my card already so yes I do. They couldn't find me in the system by my name since they spelled it wrong, so they asked to see my charge in my card. I found my statement and they were actually able to find me FINALLY in the system. They come to tell me that I was billed and marked as a no show. I said I called in March for April 20th reservation. The person that took it, marked me in for March 20th! So after them having a nice laugh about this mixup....even though I wasn't laughing...they find me a room, get to the room and the key card didn't work. I called the front desk and she came out to open the door and said..."oh, the battery died in the swipe" and opens the door by removing the slot for the master key...never fixing the battery, so needless to say, we couldn't leave our room if we wanted without having to call the front desk to leave us back in. Finally get in and start to unpack and go into the bathroom and find that a previous customer wrote in red paint DO NO EVIL on the wall which they tried to clean off but could still see...should have been painted over. The fridge was so frosted over that it wasn't cooling anymore and the floor looked clean until you walked on it with white socks, that was the telling story how clean it was. Also cobwebs were on the base of the beds and the drapes were so warn there were holes in them. The heater smelled like it was on fire when we turned it on. Not very easy to find the place, had to call the front desk to find out how to get in to register because it looked like the entrance to the restaurant that is attached. Would not recommend this place even though it was cheap for a...
