Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre Township

Terrible. Downright TERRIBLE. First off I try over and again with the place because it’s good in house but takeout is beyond awful. Every single time without fail you will walk in to an empty takeout stand and wait 10min at MINIMUM for a takeout worker to come take care of you. The one time it took over 15min so I called the manager over and as I’m trying to explain to him I waited 15min to even get service and it’s an ongoing thing then you are rudely greeted he looked at me like I had 6 heads and kept saying “oh ok well you got your food correct?” I said yes and he said “ ok I’m just not understanding the problem” and I had to tell him it was terrible customer service and he still didn’t seem to comprehend. Anyway tonight I got the BOGO Boneless bites supposed to be 20 of them split between Dry/No sauce, MILD, and Asian Zing. What I receive is 1/2 mild & 1/2 Asian zing with the Asian Zing sauce leaked all over the mild wings. This place just cannot do takeout and it’s not worth wasting your money, if you want to eat here it HAS to be dine in. We wanted to get some wings for dinner tonight and decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived we were seated right away with our menus. In 5 minutes we decided what we wanted to eat. In that time we noticed it wasn't crowded and we were waiting for our server to come to our table. As we sat we noticed other tables around, as throughout the restaurant, were being served and a few tables finishing their meals and leaving. Another 2 minutes went by and we were still not asked what we wanted to drink or even acknowledged (even though servers had seen us sitting at the table among other customers). As we discussed this with each other another table was seated next to us. Amazingly their server immediately waited on them. At this point 10 minutes had passed and as we were putting on our coats a server came over and said he was just walking by and and asked us if anybody waited on us yet. We told him no, that we had been sitting there for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. We understand if it was busy or understaffed but that was not the case. Ok. First So I went to this location on 4-15-25. Walked in and waited at the stand for a good 5 mins or more before someone acknowledged I was waiting. Then got seated I would say the place was not even busy if there was 10 customers in the building I would say it’s a little but it wasn’t. I requested a booth and was told I would have to wait 30 to 1 hour. SMH really Buffalo. So I said ok I’ll take the small handicapped table I was offered. Then I waited as I looked around a lot of the booths were empty and some had to be cleaned and nobody was doing anything about it. Very dissatisfied to see that. Also I must say all the waitress look very unhappy to work at this location it like they don’t care about customer service or customers in general. Ohh to make matters worst the manager does nothing about this as he was present. Now back to the final I waited 40 mins for my order to come out and it’s the worst service I ever seen or gotten my wings was horrible this place should be ashamed to let food like that exit the kitchen.
