Tried going to the store to buy a Pop action figure for my girlfriend. I never thought it would be such a hassle to find correct information from a national retailer. It is a rare Pop figure, and I am not distressed about the fact the store did not have it in stock. What I am distressed about rather, is how the store employee directed me to a mall almost an hour away because they had two available. I drive to the location and find out there is none in the store, or the entire country. I also work in retail so I understand the pain of the situation. Bought slippers for over $16.00.. Way overpriced but it was a Christmas gift so I paid it. Christmas day he wore them only 1 hour and the whole back ripped out. I took them back a few days later with the receipt and because we didn't save the tags, they would do nothing for us. No money back, no store credit.. I never heard of such a poor return policy. They were uncaring, ignorant and seemed to be proud of their poor customer service. After mentioning this to a few friends, I found out one of them took an item back to this store with the receipt and the tags and the store would do nothing for them. Read moreAs a Funko Pop collector I'm here at least once a week. However that said you can't even look through 80% of their Pops cause they are up on high shelves. Been in lots of other Hot Topics and this is the only Funko section I've seen set up this poorly. Maybe move the blind bags and boxes that dominate the bottom of the section and move the Pops down. So you know you'd SELL MORE and customers wouldn't have to ask an employee to get one down. Considering Pops sell more and cost more then the blind...
