I walked into Insomnia Cookies at 2 a.m. like a broke philosopher contemplating the meaning of life and snack options. One whiff of that warm, sugary air and I knew, this wasn’t just a bakery. This was a temple. A sanctuary. A full-blown cookie cathedral. I ordered a classic chocolate chip, because I’m a purist. I took one bite and I swear on my sleep-deprived soul, angels literally started singing “Take Me There” by Madonna. Not figuratively. Not metaphorically. We’re talking full choir, white robes, light beams from the ceiling, and one angel hitting that high note like their eternal salvation depended on it. The cookie? Gooey. Warm. Slightly crispy on the edges with a center so soft it made me question every bad decision I’ve ever made that didn’t involve ordering this cookie. The chocolate chips were so melty I had to resist the urge to call everyone in my contacts to brag about it. Let’s be real, Insomnia Cookies isn’t just dessert. It’s an emotional experience. It’s therapy. It’s that late-night text that says “you up?” and actually delivers. If self-care had a taste, it would be these cookies. Five stars. One bite. Zero regrets.

This was my first Insomnia Cookies experience. My family and I were on vacation and based on the website I was very excited to try. I will say that the cookies were delicious but as others have reviewed it was on the pricey side. My issue was the packaging. My husband and I both purchased the deluxe cookie'wich. They were served to us in the box pictured lined with a piece of wax paper with the Insomnia logo, but nothing to prevent the ice cream from melting all over the place. We only had a 5 minute drive from Insomnia to the resort that we were staying at and when we arrived I had a puddle of vanilla ice cream on my jean skirt. My husband was able to stuff some napkins underneath his box to keep his ice cream from spilling all over our van. The shop was very small so even if we all wanted to eat inside there wouldn't have been enough room for my party. I think we should have had the option to build our own sandwich, that way we could have really enjoyed the cookie sandwich and not just two very thick cookies with the remnants of melted ice cream.

Took the ferry over on a later night cruise. Brought my cousin here as she's never been. A gentleman named Carter was running the whole show. He apologized for "taking so long", but it was no issue in the slightest. Sweetest soul. Definitely deserves a raise haha Anyways, cookies. I've only ate from Insomnia 3 times. Twice at this location. Really enjoy these cookies. The warmth is the best part. They're literally heaven. Softer on the inside but a nice crisp on the outside. My cousin also loved them. Perfect little run away trip ended with cookies! Thanks Insomnia, and thanks again Carter!

Delicious cookies! They are a bit expensive but what is not lately. The actual store is on Midtown road. It’s a very small shop so best to order on the app and either pick up or have delivered. I had these gifted to me on my birthday and had never tried them before. They were delivered fresh and hot. If you sign up for their notifications by text about once a week you will get a coupon code for free delivery or a free cookie. Which is nice. I have ordered them for several people since I tried them for the first time. My favorite as the chocolate chip. My husband loved the sugar cookies. They were warm and soft. You can tell the cookies are made fresh the same day and not older. It is nice to have a late night snack option when everything else is closed. The white chocolate macadamia was also amazing. They have a mint chocolate chip that was good and also M&M cookies. They also had a lemon one I can’t remember what it was called but it was also delicious. It equals about $3 a cookie but you can buy 50 for $100 on the app. The box was delivered with a sealed tape on it so that was nice too you know it’s fresh from the store. Parking is limited in this area but I got lucky and there was a spot right outside when I went to pick some up. There is a large parking lot across the street at Ace Hardware if you can’t find street parking. The staff was quick...
