Bad customer service experience. Ordered a large twist and large sundae and both were called out of the window as “smalls”. When we informed the staff that we in fact ordered larges, they looked confused, closed the window and conversed with other staff, then opened the window again and said “oh yeah we made larges they were just written down as smalls.” It was the end of the evening so I understand people are eager to get home, but when you’re paying almost $15 for ice cream, the employees should not be blatantly lying to and under serving the customer. Cost for 3 kids cups and sundae was approx. $23. The small size were fairly big just an fyi. I give it a 4 because it just needs more sit down space. It has a few benches but only one with an umbrella. They need more umbrellas and more circular tables for a family or it will just be a takeout ice cream shop forever.
