Enter the establishment for lunch During arrival, we were not greeted until 5 minutes after standing at the counter waiting. The tables were not clean. When our food was brought out to us salads were made incorrectly I took taken food back to the counter and was asked by the manager "Well what is wrong with the salad?" As I had explained this is not a Ceasar salad. At that moment she became defensive as if I was incorrect. Also to mentioned the drinking fountains were labeled or placed in not the correct spot when bringing the issue again to staff the manager stated to the other staff " he doesn't know what he is talking about" as If I was not standing there. At this point, I am extremely disappointed in the service. Stopped in for a quick bite before a trip down to DC. Got the Turkey Avocado, Turkey Melt, Lentil soup, and Adobo lime chicken salad. Everything was really good and tasted so fresh! The bread was freshly baked and tasted better than a lot of other fast casual spots including the other Cosi location at Temple University. Had a chance to meet the owners as well and they were very pleasant and provided great customer service. Would definitely come back as you can tell these owners care about...

Ordered catered lunch delivery. Everything was fresh on time and delicious. We ordered the sandwich buffet that came with cookies and apples, as well as pizza and caesar salad for about 10 people. Everyone loved the assortment of wraps and sandwiches which made it nice for vegetarians. Everything was a hit. We will definitely order from DE Duck Cafe in the future.
