What a terrible choice. Dominos is supposed to be a pop culture household name that brings joy not frustration. Its absolutely heart breaking the way these employees are treating people what are they thinking it makes me loose hope in humanity to live in a world where a 15 minute operation takes 2 hours to do i am appalled at the morality of some of these dominos employees its almost dangerous the way they talk to each other and deal with things AND with customers cause you just don't know how others are feeling and you can cause someone great distress or psychological trauma with the absurdity of trying to reason with these idiots young and silly highly unconscious people that lack the reasoning and critical thinking needed to run a business and when you walk into a restaurant where they are supposed to put love in your food but you get a nasty attitude instead i think that place is toxic and needs to be shut down I met the owner seem like a nice guy I feel bad that they are dragging this mans investment in the dirt I don't know where they are finding these people since Ive ordered from inside this store there has been reverse racism name calling fighting arguing cussing people not washing their hands poop encrusted on the toilet in the bathroom FOR WEEKS! im not sure why this store is still open i think its because dominos is so delicious at least they have that but even when i call and order im paranoid that they will never come or come extremely late cause thats what usually happens to me and sometime others they refund ya money quick they got that but i don't want that i want my food people are hungry and that store is sometimes the only one open but if your out of their service area but close even up the street they wont deliver they are not coming they don't care if the Lancaster ave. Delaware dominos store got shut down i remember they called and i didn't pick up for a delivery of my free pizza i tried to come get my food they are right down the street the guy told me he was closing when they were still open for 2 more hours wow i guess they must have ate it cause why in the hell cant i come get my pizza? one time i ordered a pizza medium no cheese sauce well done for a vegan friend and his pizza was so dry when it came it was the sauce made it look doughy and disgusting and the inner corners turned up from the middle of the pie i called to ask what happened and the manager refund my money but argued about how he took the complaint oh yea these people love to argue cuss play around a joke in the store with their old buddies coming in for food playing joking all the time cussing in the background while you are on the phone trying to make an order so i stopped calling i use on line they must have no customer service training or they must have mental issues or come from broken homes i don't know all i know is its F@#$ing pizza not a power struggle its not hard its a fully 20 minute operation its no reason to be backed up on orders unless your not paying attention or don't care but don't argue when your called out on it don't argue that you washed your hands when someone asks you to please use gloves when making there food i care about peoples lives i know money pays the bills but in my opinion that store needs a shut down or a total revamp with their disciplinary system up their incentives have a customer training program before someone calls the health department for them being dirty ignorant and mean just trifling shame on you Dominos you don't deserve that name move over and let someone come in there that wants to give love to the community not insult and be inconsiderate of the good paying customers that come in there and help you pay your bills and have SOME RESPECT FOR OUR FELLOW EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYER ! Before I even start, I just want to say that by the sheer volume of negative reviews that this Dominos has spanning over such a long period of time; it's either time for a complete staff make-over or a complete shutdown of this horrid location. I placed a small order of 3 items last night at 9:14 PM, given a 45-55 minute wait time, okay, fair. The tracker said that "Barbara" had left the store at 10:09, okay great, we live but 5 minutes away from the store. 10:20 comes, no driver. 10:30, no driver. 10:45, no driver. We must have called that store number 6-7 times and NO ANSWER. I had to get online and check to make sure they were still open. Clearly they weren't closed until 1 AM so why on earth no one was answering the phones, I can't fathom. 10:50 comes, no driver. I finally get a call around that time and the driver is saying "I'm just leaving the store now"........I had to make her repeat herself so I could be sure she was saying she was just leaving and not that she was actually outside. When I pointed out the time elapse, she told me the store was busy and that was it. By the time she pulled up, it was 11:01! We greeted her with tempers flared and requested a refund to which she was unable to give. We had a curt conversation with her about her store's extremely poor customer service and to her defense, she listened and took it quite well. Not sure that we ever got an apology but she certainly handled our complaints well enough. That was just such a disgusting experience and I hope that someone can get in there and turn that place around because that is absolutely no way to run a business. I was waiting for my order when I saw a sign on the wall that said my pizza is free if I do not have any labels on my pizza boxes, which I didn't. It clearly shows a picture of what the label should look like. I presented this the cashier who said " that has nothing to do with me" and was dismissed. I grabbed my cell phone from my car took a picture of the sign while that same cashier decided to yell for the manager, Sadie, for some reason. I proceeded to call the number on the sign with no call back. I called again and was told Sadie will call me back. She did and apologize about 15 time which was not genuine. She offered $15 credit towards my next purchase. She tried to explain that since nothing was wrong with my food that I have no case if I dispute it. However, she is not honoring the sign posted.
