McDonald's — Restaurant in Winchester

Absolutely terrible. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes then was given the wrong order. When I realized I didn’t have the happy meal I payed for and went inside I stood with 4 other people waiting for another 15 minutes. When I told them they messed up my order they handed me a 6 piece chicken nuggets. I told the girl that I wanted what I ordered and paid for which was a child’s 6piece happy meal. She stared at me then asked if I had a receipt. I told her the tall boy at the window who took my order asked if I wanted a receipt or not, to which I said no. But if she wanted to ask him if I’d just gone through and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a happy meal, I’d wait. She looked at me and said “I don’t have the energy for that” and put a toy in the bag and tossed it on the counter. I told her I want leaving without the chocolate milk which she finally got for me while muttering and being condescending. All in front of my 6 year old son who was getting a treat for being good at the dentist. I understand having bad days, as I’m a nurse. But the way this person acted was completely uncalled for. We went there for breakfast. When we ordered two number 5 meals and a number 7 meal the cashier charged each item separately, this making our bill much higher than it should have been. Then the server got our hot food out and set it on the counter before fixing our cold drinks. Our food got cold by the time we got it. On top of that, they served 3 people before us that had ordered their food after us. When we got our food out to the car we found that they had only included 1 hashbrown instead of three. We went inside to correct the order and were told off by the staff and even threatened to have the police called by the management. This whole time the staff were laughing at us because of the predicament we had been placed in. During this time, other customers were complaining about how cold the place was. It was freezing in there and the staff didn't care about the temperature or the customers' opinions. The customer should be first and it was not a comfortable place to be in for a customer. The drive thru line was slammed. It was a little after 10 pm when I arrived. By the time I got to the menu, it was was about 1020 pm. I placed my order and also asked for a milkshake. I knew it was close to closing time but I took a chance on it anyway. I was floored that the milkshake was available. This is the first time I have been to a McDonald's at this time of night and not hearing these words, "Our shake machine is down for cleaning". I told the drive thru cashier this was the first time this has happened and he was surprised. I loved his reaction over it. I am in Winchester for a conference and I have to say this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. They were very busy yet inside the store I saw a calm and very organized staff. The food was hot and delicious. I never thought I would come across a McDonald's like this one. Makes me wonder since they are that good just on drive thru, I bet they are that good inside the restaurant. Outstanding...
