Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winnemucca

This particular location is absolutely hit or miss. I've had pizzas show up at different times with no cheese on one, wrong toppings on another, and my roommate had one show up absolutely cold. Not a hint of warmth. When she called to let them know, she was promised 60 points for free to use on her next order to get a free order. They were sent in an email, and hours later, the points had been rescinded, and it took her about 2 weeks worth of runarounds to finally get the free pizza she'd been promised. I no longer tip the driver until I've inspected my order. On the flip side, I've also had pizzas show up that were hot, fresh, and the correct toppings. Drivers have always been courteous. I have done a couple of carryout orders, and although it didnt seem to be busy in the store, it seemed very chaotic. Order at your own risk, and be prepared for mediocrity. If you get anything above that expectation then you'll be happy. I feel a 3 star rating is fairly generous on my part. 2.5 stars would be more appropriate....

I was not impressed with this dominos location. i had a carry out order. my app said my order was ready, then another 7ish minutes went by. i called the store from my car and no one answered. finally, i went into the store. i saw they were SUPER busy, which is fine! I understand you can’t provide perfect service when you are slammed. however, i saw three kids in the back talking and goofing around while the people up front were working hard, and i know they saw me waiting, i was in plain sight of them. there was no line, just me at the front.

eventually after waiting about 5 minutes, one of the people in the front told one of the kids to come help me. he then told me my order was in fact NOT ready, and i waited another few minutes.

I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy, but the fact that they said my order was ready when it wasn’t, then ignored me for several minutes in favor of goofing off when i came in was really frustrating. i will not be eating from this...

Previously wrote a review for Winnemucca, NV Domino's and you are only allowed to have one active review, but will see if this one stays up. Just the worst service. Previously stated it was hit or miss but since my last online delivery order on Aug, 5, 2024. I won't order again. I ordered, online and nothing ever was delivered. I contacted via Domino's support their auto reply, was thank you for your feedback and not received any further communication. I had to file a dispute with my bank and still i didn't get any communication from Domino's. Please don't waste your $ or your time with the Winnemucca, NV, Dominos. It's great for everyone else who have had great success at Domino's, i am just not one of them. Negative stars isn't an option, so i had to give at least one. Domino's obviously doesn't care if their customer's are happy or not, as long as they get...
