We were traveling through Winnemucca and stopped to pick up dinner. I had just received a KFC gift card so we decided to go to KFC. We ordered and I went to pay with my gift card and the card machine was unable to make transaction. The assistant manager said they had been having problems with their gift cards for 3 weeks. Not anyone else’s just theirs. He tried the card and said we couldn’t use it. I had the receipt with the card. Now the thing is I can understand this situation can happen for a day or two but 3 weeks! KFC should not be selling gift cards if all their franchises won’t make sure their card machines will take them. As far as I am concern that is fraud. The thing was this assistant manager didn’t care one bit! We get to our hotel room and they left out the coleslaw on top of it. You see, customer service is not at the top of this KFC and it reflects on all other KFC’s. Colonel Sanders is turning over in his grave. Listen all KFC’s there are plenty of other places to eat! Make sure customer service is number one. That assistant manager could have done any number of things to diffuse the situation yet HE...
Read moreWent down a grabbed 2 16pc. buckets yesterday for the 4th. Got some cole slaw too for a grand total of almost $80.00 here in Winnemucca, NV. I’ve never really noticed before but it looks as though the chicken instead of being cut into the normal 8pcs. it looks like you are just pulling the chicken apart into random parts. Nothing is recognizable. I didn’t have any thighs in the buckets at all, there chunks of ribs with no meat on them and all the breasts were torn into two pcs. I’m assuming this is your way of making more chicken pcs. out of each one. The kids that work there can’t be blamed because you can’t tell what pc. is what. I was really disappointed with the meal...

He first genuinely greeted us, gave good suggestions when he took our order and then was accommodating for a specific request we had. He then helped me clean our table and on our way out my daughter fell over the curb and he jumped in to help her up and see if she was okay. He then noticed that the bouncy balls she bought had flown out of her hands. He then went back in and filled up a cup of bouncy balls to bring back out to her. Small acts like these really make a difference...
