Good classic diner food with a decent selection of large portions. The servers are attentive and food is served quickly in a vintage diner setting. Seat yourself!

The nachos featured fresh house made tortilla chips but for some odd reason only canned, processed cheese sauce and no shredded cheddar, but included sour cream and some nice avocado slices.

The chili was flavorful and had a nice mound of shredded cheddar and diced onions and served with a huge hunk of pineapple cornbread and whipped butter. The chili would have been better with some diced veggies (peppers/tomatoes/onions).

The asparagus chicken was a wonderfully flavorful dish with just the right amount of everything. The "heavy cream sauce" was delicious and not heavy at all. It was served with a nice couple of pieces of grilled garlic bread, tasty!

The meatloaf serving was gigantic. It was baked with a thin layer of tomato sauce on top and also smothered in brown gravy. It was served with what appeared to be doctored up canned green beans and instant mashed potatoes, both tasted good for what they were.

The house...

This place...i got the beef Manhattan, i love beef Manhattans and this was not a beef Manhattan. For my $15 i got bunge slick meat beef on white bread with package gravy and instant mashed potatoes (which i don't actually mind every once in a while as it reminds me of my childhood) it was disgusting, literally the worst thing I've ever paid money for and ate. My wife got some chipped beef sandwich with fries and it was horrible too. Greasy, soft fries and a greasy salty sandwich, our dog wouldn't even eat the leftovers we couldn't choke down. Got the lentil soup, and it was actually pretty good. The service is good, our server looked guilty serving the stuff they pass for food, but service was prompt and polite. I can't give more than 1 star for service, you're here to eat. Got the "food" fairly quick, not that chef microwave takes long to cook food, you'll hear the beep and know your...meal is ready. I heard breakfast is good but, I'm not gonna risk having to endure the next day's...

WOW, EVERYTHING THATS WAS COLD WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HOT AND VICE VERSA. ITS SEAT YOURSELF. DONT EXPECT TO MUCH FROM YOUR WAITRESS. THE WATER WAS WARM, I ORDERED THE NACHOS, THEY CAME QUICK AND WERE COLD. LIKE VERY COLD. DEL TACOS NACHOS ARE WAY BETTER. THE AFREDO HAD NO TASTE , THE FRIED CHICKEN WAS OVERCOOKED. WE ALSO GOT 2 SANWICHES AND BURGER SANWICHES. THEY WERE ALL DRY. THE BURGER IS A FROZEN PATTY, THE RUEBEN WAS OK ONCE WE GOT THOUSAND ISLAND TO DIP IT IN. THE DONT SEASON ANYTHING, JUST COOK IT IN BUTTER. A FEW CHANGES AND THEY COULD BE GREAT BUT ITS LIKE THEY WERE TRYING FOR SUB PAR. IT WAS ALSO 120 BUCKS FOR 5 MEALS AND NACHOS. JUST GO TO JACK IN THE BOX. YOULL SAVE HALF YOUR MONEY AND ITLL BE BETTER. OH YEAH THE GRAVY IS FLOURESCENT YELLOWISH GREEN ON MASHED POTATOS. JUST MAKE A PACKET OF CHICKEN GRAVY. LIKE...

I ordered the eggs classic. They were sunny side up. Outstanding!! Sausage links were to die for! If you’re in the area, come in for a great breakfast!! Today 8/11/24 went in for a spot of lunch. There was a Reuben on the menu. I ordered that with Cole Slaw. The Slaw was excellent. Not all vinegary and dry. Perfect balance of ingredients. The Reuben? My goodness!! The meat was so incredibly tender and so full of flavor!! The bread was fresh!! Just a real treat!! The folks that work there are very kind. I doubt that there’s anything on that menu that isn’t delicious! I like the old look. It’s old and tired looking, and it is clean. Reminds me of the old truckstops from 30 years ago when I first started my career. Come on in and see them! You’ll be glad you did.

Came for the mimosas, stayed for the Huevos Rancheros. We walked in, saw the Mimosa menu, and got excited—rookie move. What we got tasted like flat orange Fanta with a chemical twist. Absolute fail. Now, the food? Totally redeems the place. The Huevos Rancheros and Chilaquiles were both excellent—hearty, flavorful, and clearly why the place is packed. Atmosphere-wise, think classic diner: loud, crowded, and zero privacy. If you’re stuck in the center aisle, you’ll get to know your neighbor’s entire life story whether you want to or not. Service was slow, but the staff was hustling and doing their best under the brunch rush. Pro tip: Skip the mimosa, embrace the chaos, and order something with eggs and salsa.
