Excellent customer service. Clean cut crew and smiling faces. Food is always good. Drive thru service is “on point” and always less than 8-10 minute wait times. This chic-fil-a is one of my go-to places for a quick 8 piece nugget when I’m on the go with third party delivery services. With the above review, I would also like to point out that there is a serious lack of attention paid to delivery orders that are picked up via third party delivery drivers. It was a serious problem pre-Covid which was rectified by workers bringing the food out to us at designated pick up spots around the restaurant during the brunt of the pandemic. What an excellent job everyone did during that time at all chic-fil-a sights and I wish to say “Thank You.” However, now that your dining rooms have opened back up that lack of attention to third party delivery orders has come back. I like to hope that these next few words not only come from myself, but on behalf of the delivery drivers in your neighborhood who are trying to earn a living. We would like to see a better system of expedition, confirmation and pick up procedures when it comes to retrieving your/our customers food for delivery. Many times we are left standing in your lobbies wondering what is taking so long to grab a chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea? I see bags and drinks sitting on the counter with delivery seals on them having the drinks I need when I come in, I wait 10+ minutes for my food only to have those bags and drinks I noticed on the counter when I walked in handed to me. I watched 6 people come in, place their orders, pay and retrieve their meals and a manager walk past me twice b4 anyone started looking for my order. There are shelves in the dining room that are to be used for those delivery orders. That step of the delivery pick up process is what’s not happening. So I’m forced to wait in your busy counter lines to ask for my order that should have been on the shelves waiting for me to pick it up or hang out in your lobby feeling ignored. While delays and wait times are expected. I will say, these experiences are becoming more frequent and it would be nice if we could be treated like a customer instead of being ignored. Often times we have other orders in the car and other customers relying on us to provide a speedy delivery. So with those delays happening more frequently, it costs us money and good reviews. Unsatisfactory deliveries are always blamed on the driver and they effect our ratings along with our company stats. In turn hurting our abilities to schedule ourselves for shifts, get a higher frequency of orders, etc. Some delays like those can even cost us our contracts to deliver with those companies. The delivery force of the triad and the world delivered your food to your/our customers at a time when your customers couldn’t get out and eat in your restaurants. Some of us would like to say we helped your businesses stay operating instead of closing during the pandemic. Or from having to hire a huge in-flux of your own delivery drivers and pay them an hourly wage. We were there, ready to help and work. We’re still here, trying to earn incomes. Is it too much to ask for that same appreciation to be given in return? With thanks and concern. Your customer, no matter who I’m...
Read moreThe food is tasty. Don't get me wrong. But, this Chick-fil-A never gets an order right lol. Today I noticed a lot of management in the store so I was pretty happy assuming I'd get all my stuff. I definitely did.
But, um. My honey pepper pimento sandwich had this one very tiny jalapeno on it lol. What on earth‽ A few months ago we were eating in the restaurant and they brought our food to us. I immediately noticed they forgot my sandwich on the tray. So I walk back up to let them know. The guy walks back to my table first to make sure I'm not hiding a sandwich I guess lol. Then finally gives me my sandwich. Dude, I'm not going to steal a sandwich and I'm definitely not going to do it right in front of you lol.
A few nights ago I was running late on dinner so we decided to stop in. I got a brownie for my husband. They gave him a cookie and he bit into it assuming I just ordered the wrong thing. I checked the receipt and I was charged for a brownie which is more expensive. I take the cookie up and let them know he bit into it already and we ordered a brownie. I was just gonna pay for the cookie too since he already bit into it. Nope. She grabbed that cookie and tossed it in the trash lol. Seriously a waste of food! During this order my son was at work so I ordered him a spicy deluxe on the app. They call my name, I walk up, they repeat my name and hand me the bag. I glance in and see a sandwich box and fries so I assume it's correct. My son swings by on his break to pick it up. He gets to work and while the bag has my name the tag on the sandwich box (covered by fries. I didn't think to read it. My mistake) had someone else's name and was a pimento chicken sandwich. Seriously I thought they were known for no mistakes‽ Did they decide to instead go for, always a mistake.
The trip with the forgotten sandwich had another hilarious encounter. A guy from the drive thru comes in and tells them they gave his toddler the kids book instead of the ice cream. The cashier said, ok but I need you to go get the book and give it back first lol. So he goes out to get a half opened kids book to exchange for an tiny kids ice cream lol. They would rather toss a book than let a kid have both. That's wild!!
I know not all chick fil A's are this bad. My husband's son works at one on the coast and they are nothing like this.
I guess I should either give up chick fil a completely or just drive to a different one. I know, I know fast food is...
Read moreI went through drive-through and ordered spicy three-piece large fry and a Arnold Palmer. Once I left the drive-through and got home I noticed that I did not have a spicy chicken strip meal I went back to Chick-fil-A went inside and told the gentleman at the counter what I had ordered he opened the bag put his hand inside the bag looked inside closed the bag back and went over to a lady at the drive-through window. He said something to her she opened the bag took out the strips looked at me put the strips back in the bag and walked over to me and began to tell me that they do not serve spicy strips. I told her at every location that I’ve gone within the last few days I’ve ordered the exact same thing. She got aggravated and said what do you expect me to do there’s nothing I can do to accommodate you because we don’t have spicy strips. she was rude and began getting aggravated she started slamming the food down and telling me swinging her head and arms that there was nothing she can do for me and I can have my food back I told her I am not taking that food back that she and the guy put their hands in that bag and Fondled with that food after ringing up and taking money at the register and that it was unsanitary. she told me that there was nothing that she can do and that I can have my food back or she can throw it in the garbage. At that point I asked to speak to her manager she leaned over and spoke to a man standing right next to her at the next register he came over and proceeded to tell me that they don’t serve spicy strips. I explain to him that she had a bad attitude and I did not like the way she handled me his response was I’m exactly right and she shouldn’t have even spoken to me because she is not the manager he is and that he will deal with her he said he can refund me my money and threw the food in the garbage when I looked at my bank statement days later he had only refunded me for a three piece spicy strip not to mention that he never handed me back any fresh food so they charge me for an entire meal yet threw it in the garbage I will never go back to this...
