I wouldn't even give them a 1 star after today's experience. I used the mobile app to place an order for my sub. Got order confirmation at 4:17 pm. Being .1 miles away from this location it shouldn't take more than 10 min to receive my order..... Especially considering your slogan. I waited 20 minutes before I called the store. I asked the manager where my order was because I couldn't track it on the app. He stated it should be there any minute. It's on it's way. He never even asked what my order was. I let another 10 minutes go by before I called back. I explained that I was right across the street in the mall and still haven't received my order and suggested he contact his driver. He then took my phone number and offered me a credit for my next sandwich and assured me my order would be there. At 4:50 I got an app notification my sandwich was on it's way....... Again after 30 min it still wasn't here. I had given up. The delivery driver came into my store at 5:45 with my sandwich and asked for payment!!!! I was busy with a customer so my assistant manager asked if I was still needing the sandwich. I told her I was not paying for something I order over an hour and a half ago. The driver gave an unpolite expression and took back the sandwich and left. I am a frequent customer being a general manager in the mall but will no longer support this business anymore. Read moreAfter my order was delivered to the wrong address, the store manager offered to have the delivery driver attempt to retrieve food that had been sitting on a stranger's doorstep for at least 30 minutes. I'm pretty certain this is a violation of NC food health code, so I am looking into filing a complaint with NCDHHS. This order included food intended for one of my children -- I don't know what reasonable person would feed their kids food that had been left sitting unattended at a complete stranger's house.
It is entirely unacceptable and revolting that I had to ask the manager to either remake the food or issue a refund. On top of that, the manager initially refused to believe that his driver had delivered to the wrong house, insisting that I had entered the wrong address online. Ultimately, the manager refused to remake the order and stated that he would refund the order.
After this experience, I do not trust ordering food from this Jimmy...

I've been noticing more and more how skimpy the ingredients to my favorite sandwich (spicy east Coast sub) has been. But today was the last straw.
I got my sandwich and for a sandwich that was always twice as thick as my mom's who always got the veggie sub and mine came with loads of meat was now equal in size.
I think if your going to shrink the topping you should charge less. I pay good money for Jimmy John's and I don't think it's right to give less and less for the same price.
My sandwich used to be so packed I'd have to stop eating to re ensemble my sandwich but not anymore.
