I bring my kids to Kelly’s at least once a week. I was by myself with my baby and two boys. One of my sons is allergic to milk. His allergies are not that bad, but we always ask to try the dairy-free flavors available so he can make a decision on what flavor to pick. He was not a fan of the dairy-free cookies and cream, so he asked to try one more flavor, which already made the young lady have a bit of an attitude. He, then, asked to try another one and I told him that would be the last one he was trying. He ended up picking a flavor he had not tried today, but a flavor he is already familiar with. My oldest had already picked “cake batter” a couple of minutes earlier, so he said: “cake batter, too”. The young lady understood “two” and made two extra ones. When I explained he meant “also”, she had an attitude again and angrily threw the extra one in the trash. Even though, she was very rude, I felt bad and was trying to give her a high tip to try to help her mood, but instead she didn’t even give me time to sign my purchase on the tablet, pressed “enter” and walked away. My mother myself and my child walked in after a great morning- daughters first time at movie theater! We were excited to continue our fun morning by having ice cream as a treat. Unfortunately the service we received put a damper in our mood. We were quickly greeted which as good but the young woman was not very patient as we tried to decide what flavors we would like. She didn't offer samples which I read was an option from other reviews. She didn't smile or seem like she was happy to serve us. I considered going back inside to ask if she was alright because I couldn't understand how someone who is forward facing at a popular business could be that rude and dejected.
