For how long I have lived here, I have never been to this location or a Domino's in Colorado. I did the online order with curb pickup. There are spots designated to park when waiting for employees to bring out your food. The food was hot, made to order, and prompt. No complaints!
Update February 2024:
I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Yes, Domino's was THAT GOOD!
So, I'm going to be really honest, I am NOT a chain pizza fan, NOT AT ALL. If I get pizza, I want a mom-and-pop place, and being from the East Coast I want REAL New York pizza....the type you can hold and fold. So, again when I think of the kind of pizza I want, Domino's does not come to mind.
However, with an impending 18 inches of snow on the way, a weekend with no real plans, and a hankering for pizza....I thought well, let me see what Domino's has. And they now have the Brooklyn pizza....hold and fold!
The ordering online process was so easy, they had onsite coupons which I was able to use, and lots of new dishes including spinach and feta bread! WOW!
I placed the order to have it brought to my car for pull-up/pickup. Madison/Madilyn (can't remember which one is her name- sorry), brought the order out with a smile. She was super nice and cheerful considering it was already snowing, a Friday afternoon, and no doubt they were going to have a busy night.
Getting home....I have to say.....the taste was really good. No, not the best as it is not true New York pizza, but for a mountain town in Colorado nowhere near NY....it really really met the craving, and I am just so impressed!
Will definitely order from here again- the food taste, preparation, visual appeal, online order updates, on-time order pickup, and service with a...
Read moreI've been going to Domino's for over 35 years. This ranks a one of the bad experiences I've had. I get that with covid and other factors have contibuted to staffing issues but i saw at least 5 or 6 employees including 2 delivery drivers who took 1 order each during the time frame I was at the location. We ordered pick up at 1957. The estimated pick up was by 2030 at tye latest. Well they did not meet that time frame by quite a lot.
I was at the location well before the time so i was not worried. At about 2025 I walked in and they still hadn't prep all of my order. And they were almost 10 minutes late by the time they came to curbside. Not very happy but i understand if staying was an issue.
What i don't understand is that with 5 maybe 6 employees why my order was late when between 2005 and 2035 there were no more than 11 items made and exited from the store. If you list 5 employees, 2 of which are driver's, and assume they did not help or even though they both were at the store greater than half the time, that leaves you with an average prep and package time of almost 9 minutes per item. This is well below normal output. It does not take 28 minutes to get the pies prepped and in the oven when you only turned out 11 items during...
Read moreToday my local Domino's let me down. The app would not take my order. Then I call to place the order and get the voice robot thing that takes my order. It got it right too. Then it took my card info...just the numbers, and hung up. So I called back to verify my order was placed. The guy in the phone verified the order. He said yes I see that order right here and it's complete. I was like awesome, that was at 1:30. 2:30 rolls around and still no pizza. I finally called and the same guy answered and guess what...like I thought when I first call the Robot did not get my order in. No excuses. No apologies. Nothing. And the people that were in need of food....nothing. thank you for the low blood sugar and...
