McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodlawn

I would never recommend this location to anybody. Always a bunch of ghetto kids with no common sense on how to do a good job at anything. It’s literally ALWAYS something wrong when I come here and I don’t get it….! even with management changes and even with the old ladies that have been working here for yearssss, they still stay with an attitude about having to do THEIR JOB! I use to work at McDonald’s before and there’s no excuse for the way they work here. Literally ordered nuggets and fries and had been waiting over 5 mins so I see my order with my order number on it just sitting out to the side so I ask “what’s that order waiting for?” A girl responds that they are waiting for fries then goes back to gossiping with other works as the manager leaves her shift without correcting them… even though my fries were being cooked fresh why is my food just tossed to the side on someone’s phone like as if it wasn’t a food for a customer? Why is my nuggets not waiting in the warmer till the fries were ready?? The only reason people come to this location is because of convenience I thee than that I can’t think of any reason people actually would choose...

I had one of the best iced coffees I’ve ever had from McDonald’s right at this McDonald’s. Even though that was awesome, every other time it hasn’t been as great. Probably the worst of it was when I took my little sister, who loves BTS, to go get the BTS meal right after it came out. The employees literally didn’t know what a BTS meal was. The cashier went to get the manager and this “manager” didnt know what a bts meal was. So that same day I asked my friend who works at a different McDonald’s if she had heard of the bts meal and she said “Yeah it’s literally written in rainbow letters at the bottom of the screen” and I just couldn’t believe that employees at a fast food place couldn’t know something that is literally on their menu. Because that McDonald’s literally had the meal on the giant screen up top, and in order to make them believe us that the meal was a real thing, we had to point at it...

Went through the drive-through line 1st thing is they have their windows lined where you can’t see in not good when you’re handing your credit card to them the attendant told me to pull up she didn’t tell me which window when I got to the first window. It would not open and you can’t see in there to see if anyone was even standing there so I went to the second window and had to hand my card, she took my card and, and processed the payment, but I couldn’t see what she was doing and where she took the card a few days later there were some fraudulent activities on my card Someone was trying to use the card without having it at physical card. This leads me to believe that she took my card number down. I don’t use this card. I just used it this one time because of not being able to see what they were doing with the card. I really believe that there’s some suspicious activity going on in this...
