Every day I order a large sweet tea between 8 a.m. through 12 p.m. depending on work and how DD walk-in and drive thru traffic is. I never had problem once there until this girl name Caitlyn started to work there again. Last Saturday I walk-in to order myself a sweet tea and a single glazed donut. I realized there was no where to sit inside and it was crowd so I decided to just go through the drive thru. I was in the drive thru line and realized it's going take abut 15 minute, because when I saw the drive thru time was 3 minutes lomg and there were about 5 car ahead of me. When I pulled up to intercom to order my sweet tea and single donut the girl said "Welcome, what do you want?". The girl who name was Caitlyn Shirley didnt welcome me to DD properly. I told her I would like a sweet tea and a glazed donut politely. When I pulled up to window and she told me my total, I handed her the cash and then she didn't say thank you or anything. She handed me my food and drink I said thank you but she closed the window quickly. I looked inside the bag and realized I didn't have a straw. I open my lid realizing there was no ice and it was unsweet tea that I recieved. At this point there was barely anybody in the drive thru. I pulled to the intercom and she reply back saying yes welcome DD again what do you need again . I was like hello again how are you. She didn't replied back at all, I told her "I didn't get a straw for my drink and I got a unsweet tea instead of a sweet tea with ice.", politely. She told pull up to the window. When I pulled to the window waiting on my drink and straw I realized while looking at receipt she didn't give my $2.31 back the first time I came through. When I handed my sweet I told her and she had to get he manager to do a customer pay out, but when the manager walk away she didn't even apologize the mistake she made. She then hand my change back and said bye now. I then realized I didn't get my straw. At this point I wanted to go home but I need that straw to drink it while driving down the road and didn't want my drink to be open. I knocked on the window politely and told her I still never got a straw mama please and thank you and she threw it at me and closed the door. I was very upset how I was treated. Caitlyn Shirley was very disrespectfull toward me the whole tI'm and this wasnt the first tI'm either. I open my bag to eat the cold donut that I recieved because the mistake that she had made and realized I wasn't even right. I just ate and didn't even bother to turn around. The next day I came in to order the same thing but this time no mistake we made expect I didn't receiveda straw once again but I treated very...
Read moreListen man, I really don't try and leave negative reviews but this was the worse experience I've ever had at a Dunkin'.
My friend goes and orders a donut, a iced matcha, and asked if the pumpkin spice was vegan. The cashier said yes and started making the drink.
Her order comes up and its... two medium coffees (with cream) and a hot matcha. My friend ask for a return, in which SHE ONLY REFUNDED A SINGLE CUP OF COFFEE. Makes her pay for the two NEW orders she already messed up on. We ask once again if you can make the latte vegan, she again nods her had, and we see on the receipt 3 cream. We get her attention again, saying does this have any dairy, I can't have dairy, are we replacing the dairy. She nods her head.... and we watch her put cream, whipped cream, and caramel on the the drink we ASKED NOT TO HAVE DAIRY IN.
Look, I get it if you can't make the drink vegan (I hate asking too) but if you can't, don't act like you can and lie in my face.
We begrudgingly take the cup of coffee because it's already late and we're just done. I also take one of the drinks that are a medium (thinking its a black cup of coffee, we asked what we can do with them and they shrugged and acted like we could take them) and the rest of the drink "tried" to originally order.
I don't know what the day shift is like, but the whole experience from the night crew was extremely aggravating and shouldn't have happen. We shouldn't have to check two separate of someone making an order wrong and shouldn't be paying for it. Don't go here. Not enough training done, lack of care, and...
Read moreThe chick working the drive thru window in the middle of the night on a Friday morning was awesome. She was accommodating, polite, knowledgeable, personable yet professional. And best of all, she wore a real smile. Real! Like genuine. Truly made my day! If i had cash she would've gotten a really good tip!
The food was ok, not like it used to be ...the eggs taste like their fake, powdered, inmate eggs, not real chicken eggs. The bagel was hard enough to hurt my teeth when i bit into it, even though i normally have no pain in my mouth when i eat something that i really need to chew. The bacon was cooked exactly how i like it. Not too overdone, not too crispy, kind of chewy. The everything bagel was my first choice but sadly they were gone so i chose a cinnamon bagel instead. I should've gone with the croissant. I used to love them. The hashbrowns have a good flavor to them. The coffee was made to perfection as i ordered it. I'm really happy about the $6 meal deal. Glad they brought that back, offering affordability while still satisfying my appetite. I'll also add that this Dunkin location used to be the only one i went to until i moved near the one at canyon & Piedmont. The food here in Woodstock is much better and the service speaks for itself. Keep it up and I'll continue to drive the extra few miles for my vanilla...
