Worst Moes in the area:
We ordered dinner from Moe’s Southwest Grill last week — two adobo chicken bowls, three hard beef tacos (with cheese and lettuce), and two queso dips. What we received was an absolute embarrassment of a meal.
The two adobo chicken bowls had barely any chicken — maybe half a cup combined between both. The three tacos were even worse: two had about a tablespoon of meat, and one taco had no meat at all. None of them had cheese or lettuce as ordered. To top it off, we only received one queso instead of two.
I attempted to get a refund through the Uber Eats app, but was told to contact the restaurant. When I did, the manager at the time, Jackson, assured me the refund would be processed in 3–5 days. Five days came and went — no refund. I called again, and another manager told me the refund had supposedly been issued, so it was now “out of their hands.” Uber confirmed no refund request was ever received from Moe’s.
To make matters worse, the second manager offered to comp one meal if I came in person. One meal. For a $60+ order where every item was missing ingredients or meat entirely. That’s not customer service — that’s insult to injury.
I’ve been a longtime Moe’s customer, but this experience showed an alarming lack of quality control and accountability. Between the missing food, the false promises, and the refusal to make things right, this location has completely lost my trust. Also, scrolling through the reviews, I see multiple others that are complaining about the same thing that I experienced. This is a failure, totally across the board, from management down. Subpar employees give subpar experiences and vice versa. The Moes in Roswell is far better, so I’ll be spending my money there, and will refer everyone I know to do the same.

Read moreWent in for dinner with my son today, but didn’t expect the terrible customer service and super rude associate, who we will call “Meagan.”
I ordered my son a quesadilla and I got myself a rice bowl which were both pretty delish. Once the quesadilla was ready, Meagan takes the pizza cutter to it and very playfully stabs into the quesadilla. She starts about 8 inches from the quesadilla and literally slaps the cutter down, crumbs go flying and my son looks at me with a puzzled look. She repeats this for all three cuts and as my son and I look on completely puzzled at why she is abusing his food she wraps up the food, gives us the smallest portion of chips and proceeds that check us out. I place my debit card in her hand, she swipes it and throws it on the counter, ignoring my outstretched hand. Let’s just say I won’t be back to this location, as there is a chipotle closer to my house anyway.
The “shift manager” who i spoke with said this is the problem with working with teenagers. I thought chick-fil-a doesn’t have these problems, and when you are paying these teenagers $11 bucks an hr, please don’t make excuses for their crappy attitudes and contribute to their privileged arrogance.
But all in all, food was good minus the tiny portion of chips, customer service was terrible, booths were pretty filthy, and the weakest “welcome to Moes” ever.
This was all after I had to convince my son that Moes was the best option for the night, he certainly made me eat my words. We will not be back. Do...
Read moreTo preface this review let me just say that I'm a Chipotle person and have never really been that attracted to this restaurant chain. However my cousin is vegan and it was her birthday and this is one of her favorite chains. When we first got there they were extremely busy so we expected to wait a few minutes in line which was no problem. Our party consisted 6 adults and a baby. I personally got a Carnitas Bowl and it wasn't awful but as I said I'm not a huge fan. Aside from that the customer service when we were ordering was absolutely terrible. I was the first order and I informed both the maker of the food and the cashier that we were all together. I'm not sure what happened but they ended up ringing us up for a bunch of things that we did not actually order or get and refused to change the receipt because they said that they couldn't remember what all we did have even though we ate in and it would have been easy enough to walk to our table and see what we really had. Now since they were busy I understand this may have been difficult for them to find the time to do but we were there for about 45 minutes so they should have been able to find the time to walk over and take 2 minutes to review with us what we actually did order and fix our total and issue a refund for the difference. I will absolutely not be returning to this location and hopefully no other location unless my cousin insists in the future. Save yourself and just go...
