Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in York

Im very upset with the customer service in this location! My wife works for the pizza boli's in Lancasters, my son lives in York, so she called tonight to order some food for him... When the first guy picked up the phone he was very rude talking to her while she was trying to place order, she kindly asked him if the deals they have in restaurant she works at if it's the same deals in this restaurant and he rudely said no! Well she continues to make her order and she asks for wings with mild sauce, he repeats to her more than 3 times the same thing she is saying then he says he can't make the wings until she gets there because with sauce on them then they won't sell them will just sit, well for one of the wings we're already made and sit there they shouldnt be made again for another customer but she kindly told him our son was on the way and she will pay with card, the man rudely tells her oh no we don't take card and hangs up on her, when she calls back second man who answers the phone is also rude to her and tells her that he is very busy right now and also hangs up on her! You guys will never have our business again and it's so sad the customer service that is...

IMO this place has the best fried chicken in town. Used to be Crown Fried Chicken until they changed the name to Pizza Bolis. But I love their chicken. It’s salty and I love salty chicken. I don’t recommend their tenders tho. They’re always overcooked. But their classic fried chicken is the bomb. I always get 3 legs and 3 wings w/ side of fries. Their fries are shoe string fries which are also seasoned. If you like heavily seasoned fried chicken then this is your place. However the atmosphere is not the greatest. It’s always crowded because it’s a small waiting area, and sometimes there’s drama there. On 2 different occasions that I was there, a gun was pulled on someone and a fight broke out right in the middle of the small waiting area. Luckily was able to get out without getting hurt. But I wouldn’t recommend coming here late at night. But they are open late, so that’s a plus if you get late night munchies and need somewhere to eat...

The person out front at register taking food and orders should be fired .or not be out front dealing the people who are customers and who spend money regularly. this guy always overcharges, especially when it is a first time customer he always over charge and give them something that they didn't order for a higher price and once you get the place your going to. Come find out you have gotten a dried up cheeseburger sub with wrapped tl ,and onions on a stail sub bun and always there's something they forgot about when taken the orders but yet they have charged you for it what a scandalous shady character bad business practice. Not to mention the cocky attitude On top of that you can barely understand his English if you can call it E muchnglish more like gibberish a 2yr. Old can speak proper English much clearer...
