Chelino's Mexican Restaurant (Yukon, OK) — Restaurant in Yukon

Definitely the most disheartening experience I’ve ever had at a Chelino’s in my life. Our server was extremely rude and so was the manager on duty. They didn’t give us enough menus nor enough straws, then I tried ordering a Calimixer and when asked for my ID I presented my MOBILE ID which is state certified, and was denied the order because I was told I needed a physical card. My mobile ID has never been denied because it’s not a screenshot or a picture, it’s the actual Oklahoma state mobile ID app. When the server argued with me about it she called her manager over to the table right before saying she didn’t know because she was new and the manager, followed by a bunch of nosey servers, completely humiliated me in front of my family saying he couldn’t serve me because I looked extremely young therefore I needed a physical copy. It was embarrassing getting into a loud verbal altercation to where the restaurant got quiet to listen in. It was my mother’s birthday dinner and it was completely ruined by how rude everyone there was. We will never be going back to the Yukon location because they don’t treat Raza like Raza. Honestly, we visit this location a lot. On Tuesday night (Feb 26), we decided to return for fajitas. We. Love. Fajitas. We sat in Julia's section and it was downhill. She had difficulty understanding what we ordered (combo fajitas without pepper, and a combo fajita add fried jalapenos). She left. We never saw her. We ran out of queso and salsa, and water. We had to flag her down. When our food arrived, the onion only fajitas had raw green peppers. The other order had raw onions. We were not offered nor provided tortillas. She took back the one order with peppers (they could have just been removed), and disappeared. Again. We flagged down another waitress and the manager came over and intervened. He brought out grilled onions. When we were done, we asked for boxes for our leftovers. We also asked for a couple of flour tortillas (remember we didn't get them at the beginning of our meal), but Julia said she would have to charge us for them. 🤦‍♀️ The manager again made things right. Horrible at doing business, just ate lunch with some buddies. Told the waitress we were going to split a the fajita lunch special that is a little less than $12, she said it’ll be 99 cents extra for the extra meat, totally okay with that. Eat lunch and she gives us the bill which says $23!!!! Way more that the price posted on the menu. There is a $6 charge on the bill that says service w/o entree. Ask them what it’s about and the manager points to a super fine printed sentence on the dinner page of the menu not even the page we ordered from and it is basically saying if you don’t order an entree they charge you $6 for chips and salsa even though we split the fajitas and both ate an entree, the manager says “it’s right here, you need to read the whole thing.” He expected to read through the ENTIRE menu before ordering like a contract or something.
