I want to start by saying I never leave reviews, I never complain, but I have to today. Brought my friend to Granny’s for breakfast, waited a short time to get sat, no problem. Hostess was very sweet and honestly the only member of staff I have anything good to say about. Waited over 20 minutes for a server, which should have been when we left like other reviews I have seen from today alone. Seems like a consistent issue. I had to flag down the hostess to ask her to get us water and the mimosas we wanted, and she was appalled to find out nobody had helped us yet. We got our server Robin after 30 minutes, who seemed to have a bad attitude from the start. After asking about the status of our mimosas, Robin let us know they weren’t serving liquor yet- why is it not blocked off on the menu if they’re not serving it yet? Frustrating, but okay. Ordered sodas instead which our server said she would comp. Ordered our food, 1 burger and some eggs and sausage. We waited over an hour for our food. No communication from anybody about the wait. I have to flag down our server to finally get boxes and our check, and she proceeds to walk by 3 times before she brings ONLY the boxes! She didn’t even bring the check yet because they were ‘trying to figure out how to split the check’. I told her to just leave it on one because at this point I just want to get the hell out of here. While I’m waiting yet again I ask the hostess to bring me the manager. When we got the check, our server had left the soda on which were almost $4 a piece by the way, but thank god she gave us a 10% discount which was a whole $2! When the manager came over she was full of excuses for her employees and incredibly rude. I told her we had waited 30 minutes for a server, over an hour for our food, and I just wanted the drinks taken off because Robin had said she would. She told me it’s their grand opening and she straight up told me all of her servers are new and don’t know ANYTHING. She said they have ONE server that knows what she’s doing. I would be embarrassed to admit this, and she told it to me like that was a good excuse for our shitty experience. I don’t believe she apologized once for the experience we had today. I was incredibly kind and patient, I had told her I love Granny’s and I’d had great experiences in the past with the company which is why I had wanted to bring my friend to this location. But after this experience I will not be returning to this location. Sounds like they should’ve taken some more time to train before they opened their doors! How are you going to open a restaurant with ONE server that has any idea what they’re doing??? Manager passed back by to tell me, with an attitude yet again, that they’d taken care of our bill and was gone before I could even respond. This place should not have opened...

Overall: they did well, i really enjoyed the experience. Food and the Staff were excellent. Food was hot and well cooked Coffee was hot and flavorful. Shout out to Jennifer and Orlando for the suggestions. TOP NOTCH. We will definitely be back for dem loyalty cards. Really hope you guys can break the curse!

Food ordered: Burbon Bacon: It was really good and a great suggestion its this combination of spicy sweet and salty that to be honest went very well. normally when i have bacon line this its usually like cayenne and paprika for that spicy smoky flavor but they do there's with brown sugar and red chili flakes and it was really good. Biggest complaint? Not enough.

Oklahoma Omelet with Crispy potatoes. This was actually really good as well. I use omelets to calibrate restaurants, and this one hit the target. Portioned just perfectly, great balance of ingredients, no flavor overpowered the other. I added their house salsa to it and it went fanatically well. Their crispy potatoes i had loaded with bacon and queso like their other appetizer and it was exactly like advertised, hot, crispy crunchy goodness. again, biggest complaint was that there wasnt enough.

Eggs Florentine: I dont usually order any sort of poached eggs from restaurants because they either come out over cooked with little yolk or under cooked with under cooked white. The Mrs. however went for it and very much to my surprise the eggs were perfectly cooked fully done white with a very runny yolk. she as well got the crispy potatoes without any add ons and they were still very good hot and crispy and...

Came here for the first time with a friend, everything started off great but then made a complete 180 by the end of it. We didnt see a server for atleast 20 minutes after we were seated. We had to ask the hostess if she could take our drink order, we asked for mimosas. After those were put in, our server comes by to take our drink order and we ask if the mimosas were put in. She tells us they are not serving alcohol for another week. Why is it on the menu then? False advertising. We waited another 30 minutes just to place our food order and then we waited another hour just to receive our food. Food was alright, but my eggs actually tasted like dirty water after a couple bites. The rest was good. Our server let us know she would comp our sodas, but did not when we received the bill. Manager was not friendly at all and gave the excuse that it is grand opening week and her servers do not know what they are doing. Grand opening week is the week that will make or break your business. And I do not see this location lasting very long if it...
