Unfortunately we had one of the worst dining experiences my husband and I have ever had yesterday 3/10/2019.

When we were seated the table was sticky so my husband wiped it with his white napkin only to find it covered in black dirt. We wiped and cleaned the table and continued. We ordered the Italian nachos. Something I usually love but something on them tasted rotten so I stopped eating them. The cesar salad was fine and the bread was good.

As for my main course. I ordered the shrimp scampi which was partially spilled on me while setting it on the table. She apologized and offered a towel. AS for the the angel hair pasta was overcooked, broken in small pieces and mushy. The sauce had absolutely no flavor beside the taste of pasta water. I tried to add salt and pepper and not complain but I could not do it. It was disgusting. When the waitress asked if she could replace it I declined. At that point I was done tryin to make a decent meal out of trash.

Although my husband didn't complain much he did say the potatoes had absolutely no seasoning nor did his steak. He couldn't even finish it because it was flavorless. He attempted to add salt and pepper but nothing was helping.

I finally gave up. My husband asked for a dessert for me. Tiramisu. Easy enough right. Nope. It came completely frozen in the middle.

The restuarant wasn't even busy. I don't understand how the food or service was this horrible. I was still charged for everything but the shrimp scampi. I paid and left extremely unhappy with the entire experience. A place I liked going will now be a place I will never step foot in again.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I couldn't let this one slip by. We went to the Yukon, OK location. We didn't have to wait for a table. They didn't look that busy so that was good, we thought. My wife and her mom ordered salad. I ordered a hamburger. It literally took more than 30 minutes to get my meal. By the time I did get my meal, my party had finished their food. We asked for a Mgr after getting my meal because the fries, of course, were cold, which told me it sat out for awhile. The Mgr never apologized and rudely asked, do you want me to make you another meal? Really? After waiting 30 minutes, you want to make it again? New fries is all I was needing. Once I did get it, my burger was very good. The food here is awesome. The service is cooking staff is terrible. About a week later, we thought we would give them another shot, I mean I get it, people have bad days. NOPE not so much. We had a bigger group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We were sat in a separate room with a big group already there. The server, I believe was overwhelmed. Instead of taking our order quickly 1st, she decided to print up separate tickets for the bigger group of about 12. Which took forever, them she cashed them out. Only after that, did we get a chance to order. It probably wouldn't have been that big of an issue, but because we had a bad experience before, I was somewhat impatient. But for sure, the server should have taken our order 1st. That took maybe 2 minutes compared to waiting 15 minutes after we had decided what we wanted. Again, the food is outstanding. We came in at a perfect time, they weren't busy at all. It took forever to finally get seated, nobody was working the doors. Once seated we were right under a a/c vent we ended up freezing, so thats a plus after a hot day! They had big fans going too which made it hard to hear anything. Not sure why they were running it was plenty cool inside.

We ended seated next to the bar and the girl running it was also our waitress. She was running around like the place was packed but took forever for her to even take our order and bring us the bread. The dipping oil had no flavor, not even salt. My drink was suppose to be alcoholic but that was a no go either.

We even knew when our dinner was ready because the back of the house had hit the bell several times, but she was too busy wiping out containers behind the bar, and continued doing other stuff while they repeated hitting the bell. It was when she noticed I was looking straight at her that maybe she should stop and go check.

Once the dinners arrived, it was even BIGGER disappointment. There was hardly any sauce, absolutely no seasoning, or flavor for that matter. Even parts of the pasta edging was dried out, and hardly any chicken pieces in the bowtie pasta. You can see in the pictures where i pulled what chicken was in the meal up to the top and no seasoning.

We also had dirty silverware that we never got a chance to exchange because once we were served she didn't come back.
