The drinks were good but overall they missed the mark. The screens flash between the menu and the flavors every 5 seconds. So there's not enough time in between to focus on the menu. During this time the person is waiting at your car window, no pressure! I told her about the screen switching back and forth and she was unable to provide another menu. Her solution was for me to look it up on my phone. I ordered two drinks and then was asked on the payment screen to leave a tip. I'm not leaving a tip for a place doing less work than a fast food restaurant thats unable to show their menu. The wait was short and then after getting the two drinks one was wrong. The correct one tasted good but the entire process was clumsy and not comfortable for the customer. Also the whole tipping thing for someone to enter my drink on a tablet wrong is just awkward and unecessary. Pay your employees higher and put the menu up where you can see it without having an epileptic episode. I had high hopes and will try again later to see if anything's...

Decided to give this place a try since we like other drink places around the area. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had trying to order a drink. First not only is there not really a menu to look at and the one that is there just keeps changing the screen so it is so hard to see what there is to order. I told the girl working we had never been there before and what is good. Her response was "well we can make anything so what do you want?" A MENU?? maybe? But no nothing wad offered not even to look it up myself. Just absolutely terrible service no help what so ever. Drinks weren't too bad at the end of the day but basically the same as all the other places around now so will just continue to go to a place that is more opening to helping their customers and actually...

• update to my post. I emailed as they requested and they gave me credit for two drinks. I went today to get those. The young lady came out from inside and said I realized that you did not get the appropriate drinks the last time I want you to try these before you leave, I tried it and it was a little better. She made a recommendation that I asked for extra sweet and she ran in and fixed them. I have to say that they were 100 times better, but more than that was disposition of the young lady. She was very friendly very positive and very helpful. Thank you so much you have earned my business I My new coffee place!!!
