Got into Chipotle at 8:50 or so today and walk into a huge line not uncommon to find. What was uncommon was a single worker a younger woman working the food line with no employees in sight. As I continued to watch there had been an incident outside that was being taken care of. But 10 minutes later I am still in line and this girl is doing everything on here on suddenly 4 staff members walk out laughing having a good time and not a single one offered to help her out. When It was finally my time to order at around 9:12 there was a sign that stated they were out of chips and lettuce not a big deal. By the time I got to the meat they were “out” of every meat but barboca and carne asada. Since when did restaurants stop preparing or doing anything an hour to close? Not a huge deal I get the carne asada and when I get home the meat is cold and dry little to no flavor and the pico and green salsa were not fresh. Yes I went in at 850 an hour and 10 minutes out from close but the sheer unprofessionalism and complete disregard to customer service will keep me from coming here...

This store is the worst it's not clean at all the staff is extremely rude I stood in front of 3 works and they just ignored me until they finished talking then one of the works waled over to change food and still never said one word to me until she was finished food then she washed her hands with water lol and said what was I getting .I should have left then ,with that funky attitude never eat angry food she should quit if she hates her job that much she put me in a bad mood!! my food was gross cold and overpriced. I will never eat that again anywhere in the world! they need to fire everyone in this location I haven't felt racist vibes in a long time I guess this is the new generation of ignorant racist kids !
