I am at a loss for words to express my disappointment and frustration with the service at this restaurant. The staff is not only incompetent but also deceitful and impudent. I have witnessed multiple instances of misleading and disinforming customers, with no attempt to rectify the situation or apologize.
During my visit, I requested an invoice for the company, which had been previously promised to me as feasible. To my astonishment, I was informed that this was not possible without signing a contract with the restaurant, which is an obvious lie. Imagine coming to Tashkent from abroad for one day to have a business meeting in this restaurant, and to get an invoice, I have to sign a contract with this restaurant - it's ludicrous. Finally, the restaurant manager refused to issue the invoice, providing no actual reason - I paid by cash and by card and non of it worked for them. This is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and disrespect for customers. Additionally, I had to personally appear in the restaurant to discuss this because they are not capable of issuing such an invoice and sending it by email - they still think they are in the Middle Ages. Another manager of this restaurant says she contacted by phone but she didn't and instead sends messages on Telegram because she is afraid of confrontation - another manifestation of a lack of professionalism.
Additionally, the restaurant issues QR codes for a 1% cost refund, however, the necessary QR code does not work - the manager also cannot explain this. I am beginning to suspect that the staff may be using these codes for their own private purposes. This is a disgrace and a shame!
I do not recommend this place or any contact with its employees. I am deeply disappointed and warn others against using the services of this restaurant. They do not deserve the trust or the money...

Dining at Syrovarnya was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, with a modern rustic interior, open kitchen views, and natural textures that made the whole space feel fresh and welcoming. The huge circular light fixture and natural daylight pouring through the glass walls gave the space a trendy, upscale vibe.
Food & Flavors: We were genuinely impressed by the food quality. The Greek salad was fresh and bright, loaded with juicy tomatoes, fragrant herbs, and a thick slab of creamy feta. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was rich, silky, and comforting—cooked to perfection and generously portioned.
For dessert, the San Sebastian cheesecake and the signature chocolate dessert served in an enamel mug were both decadent and beautifully presented. If you’re a fan of cheese-based dishes and desserts, you’ll love this place. Their cheesecake festival menu was the cherry on top!
Service & Details: Everything on the table, from the beautiful patterned plates to the house olive oils and spice grinders, showed great attention to detail. The staff were professional, kind, and always attentive without being intrusive.
Final Thoughts: Syrovarnya in Tashkent is perfect for a relaxed brunch, an elegant lunch, or a cozy evening with friends. It effortlessly combines refined dishes, outstanding desserts, and a curated environment that invites you to linger.
