Ambience is nice but I had an issue when it came to payment. The menu advertises a 10% discount when paying with Mastercard. When the bill came I asked to pay with Mastercard. They said no, it’s not possible. I asked why not and they said I should have told them I wanted to pay by card BEFORE they brought the bill. I don’t think I have ever gone into a restaurant and announced my payment method before getting the bill. It just doesn't happen like this and nowhere on the menu does it say you have to do this. Eventually the manager came out. She was visibly annoyed and said she would have to “fill out some forms”. Eventually she snatched the bill and stormed off. Another lady came out and finally they did offer the discount after discussing for 10-15 minutes. Overall food was fine but staff were not. It felt very passive aggressive towards the end. Definitely not friendly. At this price point there are many other good restaurants nearby, I do not recommend coming here.

Хочу поделиться крайне негативным опытом посещения этого ресторана. Место оставляет ужасное впечатление с самого начала. Персонал не только невежлив, но и откровенно хамит. Такое отношение к гостям я не встречал нигде, что абсолютно недопустимо для заведения, которое претендует на хоть какое-то уважение.

К тому же, на нашем столе оказались грязные тарелки — это уже явный сигнал о низком уровне обслуживания и отсутствии элементарной заботы о клиентах. Но, пожалуй, самое неприятное, что я столкнулся с неготовой едой, которую подали на стол. Мясо было совершенно сырым, хотя должно было быть хорошо прожарено. Это уже не ошибка, а явное нарушение стандартов приготовления пищи.

Сложно понять, как такой ресторан еще может существовать, если там игнорируют базовые требования к чистоте и качеству еды. В целом, это заведение явно не заслуживает внимания, и я не рекомендую его никому. Есть множество мест, где и еда качественнее, и персонал гораздо...
