I stopped by KFC recently, craving some finger-lickin' good food, but left feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. The menu read like a repetitive litany of chicken buckets, sandwiches, and wraps, with little to no variation.

Pros:

Quick service, even during peak hours Friendly staff, albeit a bit overwhelmed Decent portion sizes, but nothing to write home about

Cons:

Lack of variety: Where are the veggie options? The salads? The innovative sandwiches? It's all about the chicken, and even then, it's the same old recipes. Overpriced: $8 for a measly chicken sandwich? $12 for a tiny bucket? You can get better deals elsewhere. Quality control: My chicken was dry, and the "secret recipe" tasted more like salt and pepper than 11 herbs and spices.

Comparison:

I've had better luck at other fast-food chains, like Evos or Street 77 , which offer more diverse menus and comparable prices.

Suggestions:

На пересечении дорог. Неудобная зона приёма заказов и ожидания. Сразу у входа и лестница, и кассы. Это жутко неудобно.

Из трёх терминалов самообслуживания включены были два, которые не принимали заказы и просили подойти к кассиру. Банковские карты почему-то только местные принимает.

Принимающий кассир заказ был не очень понятливый, не владел ни русским, ни английским, ни логикой как правильно обсуждать заказ. Помог с трудом второй. Быстро приготовили еду, потому что принимают несколько касс оооочень долго заказы.

В зоне ожидания нет табло с заказами. Телевизор с табло оказался на улице, на летней веранде. Места там слишком близко друг к другу.

Порции оказались меньше того, что на картинке.

На входе также есть крупногабаритный охранник, который чувствует себя хозяином территории. Охрана должна быть неприметной и не мелькать на глазах
