Roni Pizza Napoletana — Restaurant in Tashkent

Pizza Margarita was amazing, everything done to perfection. You can taste the wood smoke from the dough here. I'm a pizza enthusiast, i have my own wood firing stone oven. Simple ingredients with good quality is what makes a perfect Italian pizza in my opinion. As for the pepperoni, I think they add too many on the pizza, the salt become overwhelming. A nice Parma ham would be nice with ruccola. I would definitely come back here, it's by far my favourite place in Tashkent. The staff working is attending and service minded. We tried cheesecake and tiramisu as well, they both were lovely and nicely balanced in flavour.

We got serverd a pizza desert which was a fun concept to try. Loved the powdered sugar. My personal opinion was that it had too many berries, so they flavour of the berry was a bit overpowering the rest. And a bit too many seeds for my liking. I would add sweet berries or fruit with cream instead of cottage cheese, maybe also with mint as decoration.

I definitely recommend this place to all pizza...

Roni’s pizza is great, however my two cents to make it better are: 1. Replace Mutti sauce (too sweet) and not made with San Marzano tomatoes, with Cento San Marzano. It will give the pizza a closer flavor to Neapolitan pizza (otherwise just add a pinch of salt to your pizza to reduce the sweetness of the sauce). 2. The hydration of the pizza must be higher. My review is a little late, but I still had to write how much I like this place. I went during the week when they had pancakes. I wish they were on the menu all the time, or at least more often. I had the cinnamon orange pancakes and enjoyed them so much. The pancakes (crepes) were so light and the orange sauce and hint of cinnamon really went well together. So good!
