Upon entering this restaurant, located atop the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel in Tashkent, our expectations were as high as the restaurant's perch. Given its prestigious location and the eye-watering prices on the menu, one might think it nearly impossible for any dining experience to match such lofty anticipations. Yet, Ember proved us wrong.

The selection on the menu may not be extensive, particularly for vegetarians, whose choices were admittedly limited. However, it's clear that Ember isn’t trying to overwhelm with quantity but rather to enchant with quality. We had the wonderful evening at the Terrace of Ember, on the 17th floor of the Intercontinental Tashkent. The atmosphere was just perfect—calm, elegant, and with an absolutely beautiful view over the city. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed and special.
