FOR YOU SteakHouse — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Went for the 300 gr striploin Japanese wagyu with A5 scoring/marveling, which they charge 3.000.000 VND for or (100 Euro plus). I ordered it medium and it came almost well done while my dad‘s 200gr steak was actually medium. I told the waitress, who did a great service btw (but due to the manager‘s behavior I rated service with 1 star), and she went off with the steak and the manager returned with it saying that this is medium and it doesn’t look like my dad’s steak because it was thinner.

First of all, in a pricy restaurant like this one, with a customer ordering one of the most priciest pieces of meat, I would expect a some kind of customer centricity, i.e. if my customer tells me it’s not like it was ordered, apologize and offer to make a new one … and don’t tell the customer he is wrong and the steak is like it‘s supposed to be. Secondly, have a look at the steak (I took a picture and attached it here) it is not medium.

On top of that they charged a 5% service surcharge without letting anyone know beforehand but it just happens to appear on the bill. I’m more than happy to pay the surcharge on a 6.000.000 VND (200 euro plus) for the waitress, but it is an absolute fail from the manager.

If you are really into steaks and enjoy a really well prepared piece of meat of high quality, don’t go to this place … the steak was very...

The worst was For new years when we went to THIS beach restaurant. They said since u don’t have reservation u can wait here ,give order and we will arrange seats once it’s free.Sea view n all they said.which was irrelevant to us . We just wanted to dine near the beach with good food and celebrate New Year’s Eve . And we waited for 45 minutes. We saw tables being emptied but they don’t call us. And we saw a European couple go in ,the waitress asks do u have a reservation ? They say no. But they are given a table immediately.

And we happened to see all of this .the waitress saw us watching too. And then the napkin comes .keeps it in the three legged tiny table which was shaking. A tiny table with a limp in the waiting area is where they expect us to sit and have a full course Meal? Where we have to bend towards the floor ?

How pathetic is that ? We’d rather sit in the streets and have right ?

Discrimination towards Indians is fine from what I saw .Upto to them when it comes to shopping. But not at a restaurant where all pay the same price .

Such a cheap and ridiculous behavior from a restaurant with such rating !!!

Discrimination! No apologies . No attempt to try. After all all pay the same money ! I dint know the pay for a dish varied based on your race !

Been more than a year, but I remember this terrible restaurant and decided to share my experience.

When ordering a steak, they said they had no fries. Not sure why I didn't just get up and leave, how can an empty steakhouse that just started the evening shift be out of fries?

They offered me mashed potatoes... Obviously straight from the freezer or they could have cut the potatoes into fries to solve that issue.

At this point I was really regretting my visit to this place, but it keeps getting worse.

Steak comes: 6 staff members (absolutely hated the constant staring, just let us eat in peace) line up to deliver me a plate with just the steak on it. Then they give me the tiniest portion of mashed potatoes and a little pot with sauce. Steak was average and undercooked (I asked medium, got rare), not worth $50.

If it weren't for my partner, I would have gotten up and left after they brought the food. Insane prices for laughable quality and service. I expected a quality experience but instead I felt scammed.

The only good thing I can say about this place, is that is looks alright. I don't blame the staff at all, this place just lacks good management. It's like they gave up after getting the decor done.

Don't eat here, it's not worth it. I wish I chose a banh mi over...
