A Unique Vietnamese Coffee Experience!

Always visit this bustling coffee shop for a unique cultural experience whenever I am in Danang. The place was packed with locals, and few foreigners, which added to the charm. Though they didn’t have coconut coffee, my mocha latte was satisfying. The croissant was quite basic, but the real highlight was the passion fruit cheesecake - an absolute 100/100! Van Khanh always stands out with a beautiful smile and always making customer happy!

We have been to Highlands Coffee in other places in Vietnam but today we had excellent service plus excellent coffee. I ordered two black iced coffees for my wife and I but when we got them they were both white coffees. Because I made a mistake in ordering them. So I was going up to the service area to change them and a waiter stopped me and asked me what was the problem. I told him I had ordered the wrong coffees and he said no problem I will change them for you. He said you just sit down and wait and I will get them changed for you. Wow what great service. I told him I would have one of the milk iced coffees and he changed the other one for no charge. And the coffee was strong and delicious. We did not have anything to eat but previously we have had sweet things from here and they were wonderful and quite reasonably priced too. That is compared to Starbucks. We like and recommend everyone to try Highlands Coffee in Vietnam....good local business....
