My pregnant wife and I came here because we were craving Vietnamese food. We received a nice treatment from Helen. We were the only guests in the entire restaurant because they had recently opened, and really enjoyed the nice view but, while we were eating, we heard a scream from the kitchen, some employee yelling at his colleague, things were thrown and we experienced that a female employee screamed after the male colleague went completely insane. We also noticed that they turned up the music inside the restaurant so we wouldn't hear them arguing, but they were far too loud. My pregnant wife felt scared, losing her appetite and wanted to leave as soon as we could. It was sad considering the good food we never really enjoyed. We enjoyed our 4-night stay at this hotel. Staff is prompt, polite and helpful, especially Lisa.

We went for hotel breakfast and Lisa is the waitress. She came and said hi to us and asked how's our stay. My sis made an enquiry with her on some room issue. She assisted my sis patiently (she could have just directed us to the front desk, as technically that enquiry is not under her purview).

Next morning when we went for breakfast again, to our pleasant surprise, she came up to my sis and check in with her if the issue has been resolved. She remembered her!

Upon knowing it's our free and easy day, she went the extra mile and suggested some places we could visit near the hotel.

The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. They offer huge variety of food including Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and western dishes. Everyone can find something delicious for the breakfast. The rice soup with salted egg, yoghurt with mango and red dragon fruit topping, pho bo, fried egg, fresh tropical fruits, bread, aubergine, dim sum...everything is carefully prepared with professional tough. The staffs are very friendly, especially Lisa, a small girl with glasses, gave us welcoming feeling. The restaurant is clean and great view to the ocean. The service is very quick.
