Hanoi ơi Bar Bistro — Restaurant in Hà Nội

This is the cocktail experience in Vietnam I've been looking for. Truly creative and thoughtfully made drinks. All the flavors in each cocktail we had were in perfect harmony. Order anything from the menu, after the four drinks we had, I can guarantee everything else would be amazing as well. Don't be afraid of unfamiliar ingredients, you will embark on a wonderful flavor ride you have never experienced before.

We started with the Ba Kich Sour and Thoui Tho (Childhood), followed by the Hanoi Ice Tea and O Cau Den (added tequila since this was a mocktail). All blew us away with how well the flavors complimented each other, and their multi-dimensionality.

Staff was friendly once you start a conversation. It is very clear they are dedicated to their craft.

If you walk by this bar without at least trying one drink, you are missing out on one of the best drinking experiences Hanoi...

The atmosphere is good, food and drinks are priced well. But what makes this a great place to be is the staff - especially DAT.

We were in Hanoi for 3 nights and went to this place on 2/3 nights. If we are in Hanoi again, I would definitely go back here.
