This is just a personal suggestion, not meant to criticize or disparage this restaurant. I'm just a casual guest who walked into the establishment. I asked the server if I could sit at the bar counter (I wanted a chair with a backrest, and there were no other customers inside besides me). The staff then told me that the bar counter seating either needs a certain number of people or should be booked in advance. Of course, I understand that each restaurant has its own operating rules, but in my opinion, you should be more "flexible" in accommodating the customer's preferences. In a situation where the restaurant is empty and your customer is not satisfied with the assigned seating, you should consider making adjustments to better suit the circumstances. Your attentive service will also make customers feel satisfied and likely to return in the future. Furthermore, I also didn't perceive the attentiveness of the service staff at this place.
