KAOYA Quán — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Lần đầu cũng như lần cuối mình muốn ăn ở đây. Món mình gọi là mì vịt quay, ăn kèm cải chíp. Đến miếng cuối cùng, mình mới nhận ra bên trong cải chíp có loại hạt gì đó màu xanh lá cây và có thể chọc vỡ ra (vì nó có vị đắng và màu như một loại hạt bảo quản nào đó). Sau khi phàn nàn với chủ nhà hàng thì chú đưa một bát cải chíp khác nhưng khi mình tách bẹ lá ra thì vẫn còn những hạt đó. Khi phản hồi lại thì chủ nhà hàng bảo là những hạt xanh xanh đấy là mọc mầm từ cải chíp chứ không phải bất kỳ loại phân bón nào như mình nghĩ ban đầu. Đến khi xuống lầu thanh toán thì chủ quán nói là hạt từ cây, sau đó thì lại nói là hạt mà bên cung cấp rau dùng để bảo quản thực phẩm, còn nói là ăn được, nhưng chất bảo quản làm sao có thể ăn được? Lúc đó điện thoại của mình hết pin nên không chụp được tấm ảnh nào. Chủ quán đã đền bù cho chúng mình bằng cách thanh toán hóa đơn, nhưng mình không nghĩ thế là đủ. Một bữa ăn chỉ tốn khoảng 100.000 đồng nhưng số tiền đầu tư để chi trả hóa đơn y tế lại đắt hơn rất nhiều. Nếu ăn loại rau có những hạt đó có vấn đề gì thì ai là người chịu trách nhiệm? Nó ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe của bản thân mình chứ không ai khác cả. Một nhà hàng đã làm 6 năm trời nhưng chất lượng đồ thực sự khiến mình rất thất vọng. Hy vọng nhà hàng có thể cải thiện chất lượng hơn

The first and the last time ever I wanna eat here. My dish was noodle with roast duck, served with bok choy. At the last bite, I realized that inside the bokchoy was something that was inedible (because it tasted bitter and looked like chemical fertilizer?). After that, I complained to the restaurant owner and he gave us another bowl of bok choy, but it still had those granules in our dish. The excuse that they made was that, that thing that I saw in my bowl is coming from the bok choy itself, not any kind of fertilizer that i originally thought. But when I came downstairs to pay the bill, the owner said that it was the seed (?) from the tree, then he said that it was a kind of granule that they used to preserve food, and said that it was edible ??? He gave me a picture of it, but how can a preservative be edible? My phone ran out of battery at that time so I couldn't take any photos of it. He compensated us by paying the bill for us, but I don't think that is enough. A meal would only cost about 100 000 VND, but the money you invest in paying your health bill is much more expensive.

These are my thoughts about the first time coming here by watching tik tok reviews, but it is disappointing. These are all personal opinions, so you can choose whether to listen to it or not. Remember to check the vegetables carefully if you still choose...

We spotted this restaurant as we were passing by, we decided to go in and eat.

The food and service was very good but halfway through our meal some guy walked in (I think he's the owner), he was dressed all in pink and the sides of his head was shaved, he brought in a bunch of flowers, which is fine but he decided that he needed to start decorating right then and there.

When he was at the table next to us his rear end was in my face, he then went behind us and stood on a chair, his rear end was that pointed at my wife's head. All the while he was talking, very loud and annoying.

The staff was great and if I was rating my experience on them and the food alone I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately the crazy antics of the owner lowered the final score by two stars.

So if you are lucky enough to dine there while the owner is away, you have a good chance of enjoying yourself. If the owner is there you may have a less than...

The lady who took my order was friendly, she didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Vietnamese, but we both had Google translator, so we were able to communicate.

Atmosphere: There was no music or videos, but I love the decor, especially the neon light. Very Hong Kong at night vibe.
