First of all, when i walked in the restaurant i was immediately impressed and shock about the atmosphere was very warm, inviting ambiance. Moreover, the soft background music, featuring the traditional instruments, it actually creating a serene environment perfect for enjoying meal. The menu is carefully focus on to selection of Central Viet Nam dishes. I started my meal with chicken rice, which is popular in Central of Vietnam but they made it better and more delicious at Mo’s. Secondly is the snakehead fish noodles is a flavorful, comforting dish with thick, chewy noodles and tender snakehead fish in a savory broth. The fresh herbs such as bassils, spreanbouts, chilly pepers, its authentic taste, making it a must-try. To round off the meal, i ordered frozen mango mixed with Vodka wine, the drink dessert was light and refreshing. Finally, the service was perfect. The staff were dedicated to customers, they also show example about how to eat the rice dumplings, i was pretty impressed when i saw employee open the rice dumplings and then put the fish sauce in it. Today I was hungry and saw this restaurant near my house, so I decided to stop in and try it. Honestly, this was the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. My initial impression was that they were out of everything, even though it wasn't late. I ordered chicken rice and spaghetti. The rice in the chicken rice was hard, and although the staff offered to change it for me, they really just put it in the microwave to reheat it, and it was still very gritty. As for the spaghetti, the staff took my order incorrectly (I ordered the black spaghetti, but they brought me minced beef spaghetti). The minced beef spaghetti tasted terrible and was topped with cheap, sour-tasting strawberries. As for the drinks, the staff didn't warn me that the drinks would be hot, and many of the drinks were unavailable. This is close to where we live but we will not return. The food was cold, it looked unfinished and tasted at best of nothing. I had the beef and my wife had spaghetti and we started with some spring rolls. The rolls had part of the tail of shrimps sticking out but were at least hot. The beef was almost hot but the fries was as they were old. The spaghetti came much later - I was finished with my dish before it came and then it was tasteless and cold and not even close to how the picture is. And then there is the restaurant itself.
