Recently I visited this sushi restaurant and overall had a very good experience. A special shoutout goes to Hoang Tuan Anh, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick. He truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of! The food was consistently fresh and of high quality. The variety was great and everything was beautifully presented. However, considering the rather high prices, I expected just a bit more in terms of uniqueness or refinement. One downside was the phone service beforehand – the gentleman who answered the phone was not particularly friendly, which didn't match the otherwise very positive impression we got at the restaurant itself. Such a bad experience. I'm not eager to write bad reviews but this place is outrageous. As a person who visit Japan few times, i know when i get real good and fresh Japanese products. Scallop was tasteless, the uni is bad can see the color, texture and the aftertaste. Shrimp was bitter. Some other sashimi was just tasteless and chewy. Even the rice is clearly not handle properly can see by the darkcolor and the numb flavor. All portions are so small and the service was main course first and than the appetizer and sushi. I stopped by this Japanese restaurant during my work break and had a quick but satisfying lunch. I ordered curry rice and ramen—both were solid, comforting choices.
