This beef soup is fresh and definitely lures you in! Another authentic pho, which IMHO, has a Hanoi-an taste that is in line with the hidden secret “Phở bưng Hàng Trống”. Depending on your preference, Pho Thanh has more salty flavor, the meat (I ordered Chin) and noodles is a tiny bit thicker, whereas Phở bưng Hàng Trống’s meat and noodle feels more light and simply melts in your mouth.
